Faulty candle, great customer service
Hey there! I wanted to share this story about the battery candles I got for my mom's birthday. One of them didn't work, which was a bummer. So I reached out to the company, and they were really quick to respond, even though it was around Christmas time. They said they'd send me a replacement. It's so awesome to see a company that actually cares about its customers. Just wanted to say thanks!

Accidental wrong size order
I accidentally ordered the wrong size knee brace, but Onecompress was super quick to help me out and offered to send me the right one. They even let me keep the wrong size to give to someone else. I haven't tried the knee brace yet, but I have to say, their customer service was really outstanding.

Payment setup process
Setting up the payment was such a pain, they asked for way too much personal info compared to other similar products. I only realized how much they needed after reading the fine print. And the customer service was no help at all, seemed like they had no idea how to fix my problems. The only good thing was getting smiley faces in their responses, even though they were useless.

Life-changing vitamins
I've been using these vitamins for the past two years and let me tell you, they've really changed my life. Back when I wasn't taking them every day, I was dealing with bloating, stomach pains, bad skin, and feeling tired all the time. But ever since I started taking these vitamins, I've seen a big improvement in all those areas. I won't ever go back to buying individual vitamins again - I tell all my friends about them. Wig purchase
I just bought a wig and it was a great experience! They kept me updated through email the whole time, which was awesome. The packaging and product itself were top-notch. 12 pair of contacts
I was kinda unsure about ordering from this place because of all the bad reviews, but I decided to go for it and get some contacts. I ordered 12 pairs, with 6 of them coming from a US warehouse. Surprisingly, I got the US order in only 3 days while the other half took 5 days. The tracking was spot-on the whole time, and I got everything I ordered. Only bummed out about one pair that wasn't my style, but the others were awesome! The quality and quick delivery really impressed me. I was so happy with my experience that I placed another order the next day, and it's already on its way. Looks like I've found my new place for contacts!

One-way Gold Coast airport transfer
I just booked a one-way airport transfer from Surfers Paradise to Gold Coast airport. I was almost done with the booking when my internet cut out. The next morning, I got an email checking if I still wanted to finish the booking, which I did without a problem. The online payment was easy, and I just got my confirmation email with all the pick-up info. The service was great and really professional. I definitely recommend it.

My editing software totally crashed on me while I was in the middle of working on my photos, which was a major bummer.
