Cushions purchase
I bought some all-weather cushions for my outdoor furniture about a year ago. Unfortunately, they took longer to ship than expected. My wife, not knowing about my previous issue with the website, went ahead and ordered more cushions in May. We got some of them in July, but we're still waiting on the rest of our $4,000 order. The company never told us about the delay, and it seems like the rest of the cushions will arrive just a week before we have to put away the furniture for the season. Needless to say, this whole situation has been really disappointing and frustrating. I won't be using this site again in the future.

Shoes, Hoodie, Basketball
I was just trying to snag some cool new basketball kicks, a hoodie, and a basketball from this store, but man, it was a disaster! They hit up my mom's credit card a bunch of times for a tiny order. Also, they never even sent my stuff, making me wait FOREVER for a refund. And then, believe it or not, they did the same thing AGAIN a few weeks later! Such a rip-off! When my mom reached out to them, they just passed the buck to the bank or the card company. Seriously, just admit you messed up! This has been the worst shopping experience ever, no way I'm going back there. Wish I had checked out the reviews first!

12 pair of contacts
I was kinda unsure about ordering from this place because of all the bad reviews, but I decided to go for it and get some contacts. I ordered 12 pairs, with 6 of them coming from a US warehouse. Surprisingly, I got the US order in only 3 days while the other half took 5 days. The tracking was spot-on the whole time, and I got everything I ordered. Only bummed out about one pair that wasn't my style, but the others were awesome! The quality and quick delivery really impressed me. I was so happy with my experience that I placed another order the next day, and it's already on its way. Looks like I've found my new place for contacts!

One-way Gold Coast airport transfer
I just booked a one-way airport transfer from Surfers Paradise to Gold Coast airport. I was almost done with the booking when my internet cut out. The next morning, I got an email checking if I still wanted to finish the booking, which I did without a problem. The online payment was easy, and I just got my confirmation email with all the pick-up info. The service was great and really professional. I definitely recommend it.

When I rented a car from your place not too long ago, I gotta say, I was really impressed by how awesome the customer service was.
