I recently bought some home decor stuff from this company. Sadly, my experience hasn't been great. It's been almost a month since I ordered, and even after complaining twice about the delay, I still haven't gotten my stuff. Yesterday, they emailed saying my order was on its way, but it never showed up. Not only did they not deliver when they said they would, but they also got my hopes up for nothing, ruining my weekend. This kind of service is really a letdown and not what I was hoping for.

I had a really bad experience with Factory Supply Outlet. I needed a set of hand files for a project, but they took forever to ship them. Because of this, I couldn't finish my job on time as the tools arrived too late. When I asked to cancel the order, they said they would but never actually did. On top of that, they didn't give me a refund like they said they would and ignored all my emails. Because they messed up so many times, I won't be buying from them again.

I love my glasses. I knew it was going to take a while to get them. But since then I’ve ordered my sister and my daughter a pair. They are definitely high quality and definitely worth the wait. Yes, it took about a month, but so satisfied. Comes with a sturdy case a the tool to adjust screws if the ever become loose. Comparable quality to the ones you’d pay $200- $500 without hesitation.

New was Sapphire ear rings from this shop, even I could know when parcels received same evening of anniversary,probably my love make some such arrangements to deliver that day to me directly.
I never intend to buy such materials before. But we say some day times we do something first time.Deatiled make was showing it was lab created sapphire sterling silver ear rings, and honestly I say,this was so lovely, thanks.

Received very poor quality expensive jewelry and they charged me for a free gift after I returned everything including the free gift. Bad customer service experience too. Don’t recommend Angara.
