My first gift from Kay
Last week we celebrated our third marriage anniversary.This is not about gatherings ,this is about an ear rings presented to me along with some other apparels and decorative gifts.
New was Sapphire ear rings from this shop, even I could know when parcels received same evening of anniversary,probably my love make some such arrangements to deliver that day to me directly.
I never intend to buy such materials before. But we say some day times we do something first time.Deatiled make was showing it was lab created sapphire sterling silver ear rings, and honestly I say,this was so lovely, thanks.
As this was to be delivered on anniversary, packing of parcel was an another surprise,Gold chain purchases
I've been a loyal customer at this jewelry store for so long, and my husband has given me some beautiful gold charms, earrings, rings, watches, and birth month stone jewelry over the years. The quality of the products, especially the diamond charms and gold, has always been top-notch. But, I've had some trouble with the gold chains that come with the charms. Even though my husband has splurged on more expensive chains, they all seem to break eventually. I've probably gone through about 12 gold chains from this store. While the customer service has been amazing when fixing issues with other pieces, I think they could improve the durability of their gold chains.
Engagement ring
I just got an engagement ring from this store, and I have to say, I was really impressed with how great the ring was and the service I got. The staff really knew their stuff and helped me pick out the perfect ring for my partner. They took the time to explain all the options and made sure I knew what I was getting into before I made a choice. The ring itself is just gorgeous, even better than I expected in terms of how well it's made and how beautiful it is. All in all, shopping at this store was amazing, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch jewelry.
Engagement ring and wedding bands
So, my husband and I went to this awesome jewelry store in Brooklyn with our cousin and his fiance to help them choose rings. We had a blast because Brooklyn is full of cool stuff. When we arrived, Jasmin, Kayaan, and Kierra welcomed us with open arms. They were fantastic at customer service, helping us find the perfect rings, ensuring they fit well, and even giving us some great deals. The whole experience was fun and everyone was really friendly. I'm pretty sure our cousin and his fiance were thrilled with the rings they picked out. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
I got a necklace fixed
I brought in this necklace to get fixed because it only had one little break, you know? But when I went to pick it up, can you believe there were TWO breaks in it!? The manager told me that's how they had to fix it. Ugh, now it looks all messed up and it was $130! I am never going back there again!
Defective $500 earrings
I just bought these earrings for $500 from this store, and dang it, less than four months in, they broke! I reached out to customer service to try and get them fixed, but they only offered a $300 fix to tighten them up. No mention of an exchange or anything else to make it right. I was really let down by how little support and options they gave me. It felt like they were just brushing me off and not listening to my concerns. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying jewelry from this store based on my experience. It just wasn't up to par.
Wedding bands purchase
Jessie and Keisha over at Pembroke Lakes Mall were seriously great when we were picking out our wedding bands. They were super helpful and stayed on top of things, making sure we were well taken care of the whole way through. And let me tell you, the prices at that store were just amazing. We scored some really sweet deals. All in all, our time there was fantastic and we are so grateful for the top-notch service we got.
Recent jewelry purchase
I just bought some jewelry at this store and I gotta say, the service was top-notch! The new manager and their team really went above and beyond to make my shopping experience great. I've been coming to this store for years and they never disappoint. If you're in the market for some quality jewelry and great customer service, I definitely recommend checking this place out.
New necklace purchase
I just wanted to give a shoutout to the amazing lady who helped me choose my new necklace at the jewelry store. She was so nice and patient as I struggled to make up my mind. It was my first time there, but it won't be my last! I'm already looking forward to going back and buying more sparkly goodies.
Jewelry repair service
I had the best time at the jewelry store in Chesterfield Towne Center. Andrew and the staff really made the repair process super easy and stress-free for me. I'm so thankful for the amazing service I got and will definitely come back for any other jewelry needs. Thanks a bunch!
Black Friday ring
I went to the store on Black Friday to try and snag a great deal on a ring I wanted for my wedding. But man, what a letdown! The sale they pushed was a total sham! They made it seem urgent, but it's been ages and the price hasn't budged. Not cool, Kay Jewelers!

I just returned some jewelry I bought and man, the customer service has been a huge letdown. It's been a real pain dealing with these folks who just can't seem to get it together.
Bracelet and Ring Set
I recently bought a bracelet and ring set from the jewelry store, but it didn't go well. I needed the bracelet adjusted and was told they would make a ring from the extra piece for an extra cost. Even though I gave them all my contact info, when I went to get my jewelry, they hadn't done anything. They said they couldn't fix the bracelet. Their lack of communication and professionalism was disappointing. Also, the jewelry wasn't great quality - the necklace I wore once got messed up right away. All in all, it was frustrating and I won't be going back there.
Diamond engagement ring
I recently bought an engagement ring from this store and had a really bad time. After I placed the order in person, I got an email confirmation shortly after. But then, a few hours later, I got another email saying the order was cancelled. The next day, I called customer service and they said the cancellation was because of a mix-up with the email address I used. When I tried to reorder the ring, they told me it was out of stock but could be bought at a much higher price. This whole bait and switch thing made me feel like I was being tricked and I was really frustrated. In the end, my experience with this store was disappointing and unprofessional.
Bracelet purchase
I just bought a bracelet for Valentine's Day from this jewelry store and man, it was a total nightmare. My husband picked out the perfect one for me, but when it showed up, it was totally off. Getting it returned was a huge hassle, and then they couldn’t even promise us we’d get the right one before the big day. So unprofessional and such a letdown.
Diamond earrings and gold chain repair
So I took my diamond earrings and gold chain to this place to get them fixed, you know? They had to rethread the earrings, put on new backs, and add another clasp on the chain. They charged me a lot, almost 400 bucks, and when I got them back, the earrings were in even worse shape! And then, like, a week later, the clasp on the chain broke! I was so mad and upset that I haven't gone back there since, and I never will! I'm almost done paying them off, and then I'm done with them for good!
Ring fixed with a new diamond
I was really upset when I lost a diamond from my ring, but the ladies at the store were so kind and helped me choose a new sparkly diamond. Now my ring looks even prettier than it did before!
