Bracelet for son's wedding
The customer service from this company was amazing. I goofed up my order for a bracelet for my son's wedding, but they fixed it by sending out the right item fast and giving me a store credit. I wanted a refund, but they were quick and nice about the whole thing. And to top it off, they included a sweet handwritten card with my name and a heart in the package. It really made a difference. After this, I'm definitely coming back to buy more stuff in the future.

I went to the store on Black Friday to try and snag a great deal on a ring I wanted for my wedding. But man, what a letdown! The sale they pushed was a total sham! They made it seem urgent, but it's been ages and the price hasn't budged. Not cool, Kay Jewelers!
