iCloud installation support
I had some trouble installing software from iCloud, so I called customer support. The lady I talked to was really nice and did her best to help me with the problem. We couldn't fix it right then, so she said she'd talk to a tech person and get back to me. After waiting 2 days and not hearing anything, another support person got in touch and fixed it. It was annoying waiting, but I'm glad they were able to help me in the end.

Bought some clothes and swimwear
The clothes and bras were fine, but man, the sizes on the website are way off. Most of the clothes just aren't made for regular folks like me. I ordered swim shorts in my size and they were more like undies, the crotch area was way too snug, like ridiculously small. The models rock the outfits, but I don't get the same look. I've dropped a ton of cash on this site 'cause it's one of the few that carries bigger sizes. I keep crossing my fingers with each order, but it's a gamble every time.

Defective $500 earrings
I just bought these earrings for $500 from this store, and dang it, less than four months in, they broke! I reached out to customer service to try and get them fixed, but they only offered a $300 fix to tighten them up. No mention of an exchange or anything else to make it right. I was really let down by how little support and options they gave me. It felt like they were just brushing me off and not listening to my concerns. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying jewelry from this store based on my experience. It just wasn't up to par.

Family fun at the event
My family had such a great time at the event! It was their first time going and they were so excited to be there. My grandson even got a picture with the mascot, which made it even more fun. We had an awesome, fabulous, and super exciting time together. We're definitely planning on coming back every year.

Dandelion yellow stripe king comforter
I recently bought a dandelion yellow stripe king comforter online, but when it arrived, it was the wrong color. Trying to talk to customer service was tough because of a language barrier. I sent back the wrong comforter, but the replacement I got was solid yellow instead of striped like I wanted. After waiting for over a month, I give up on getting the right one. I'm really disappointed in the lack of care and customer service from this company. I won't be buying from them again.
