I really thought this company would have great customer service. But man, the ordering process was a mess. My account info had mistakes and everything was taking forever. They hardly communicated with me, I had to bug them multiple times just to hear back. The service was not great, and their prices were way too high. I could have got the same stuff for cheaper somewhere else. And to top it off, my delivery was super late and the items were messed up. Such a letdown overall.

This website is a total scam! So, I ordered some outdoor gear and got hit with a $400 charge out of the blue. But get this - I never even got the product! When I tried to talk to customer service, they were useless. Seriously, stay away from this site unless you're cool with getting ripped off of your cash.

Plus Size Clothing Disaster
My experience at that store was a total letdown. I was really looking forward to getting some cute plus size clothes, but when they came, they were like way too tiny. I mean, I couldn't even fit into them - seriously, what's up with that? Plus size should mean bigger, but not at this place, I guess. And to top it off, they only send you the largest size they have, so there's no option to swap it for a bigger one. Not cool, dude.

I bought a laptop case from this company not too long ago and I was really impressed with how nice it looked and how well it seemed to be made.
