Cheapest option but confused staff
This place was really inexpensive, which was awesome, but when I tried to drop off my luggage, the guy there had no idea about the website where I made the reservation! He could only see bookings from a different site. I was stuck there for what felt like ages, trying to figure it out, and ended up having to call the number on the site for assistance. Finally, the guy allowed me to leave my suitcase there, and picking it up later was pretty simple.

Bought curtains
Oh my gosh, I am just so frustrated with this company! I bought these curtains thinking they would look amazing in my room, but they turned out to be completely different than I thought. When I tried to get them fixed because they were messed up, I reached out to them in every way possible, but they completely ignored me. It's really disappointing how they can treat their customers like that, you know?
