I had the worst experience at this store. The staff had no idea where anything was, and the things I needed weren't even in stock despite the website saying they were. When I asked for help, they gave me different answers and sent me all over the place. It's like they want to confuse customers on purpose. I'm going to try a different location next time - this store is a joke.

The bed is really helpful for folks who struggle with moving around, it's made getting in and out of bed so much smoother. But man, the customer service was a real letdown. It felt like forever to hear back from them and the delivery got pushed back multiple times.

I bought something online the other day but ran into some problems with paying and getting everything confirmed. I put in my order, got charged on my credit card, but never got an email saying it was confirmed. I waited around for a bit, and then noticed the charge on my card was gone and the thing I ordered was sold out. It's been pretty annoying because I don't know if my order actually went through since I haven't heard anything and my payment status is all confusing.

Hand sanitizer and surface cleaner
I recently bought some hand sanitizer and a surface cleaner from Haruhome, and I gotta say, I'm really happy with how it all turned out. These products are sulfate and paraben-free, which is a big deal for me because I like using stuff that's good for the environment. The hand sanitizer gel smells really nice and it doesn't make my hands all sticky like some other ones I've used before. The multi-surface cleaner does a great job on all kinds of surfaces around my house, plus it's got essential oils for a nice natural scent. Overall, I'm super impressed with how good these products are, and I'll definitely be thinking about buying from Haruhome again in the future.

Phone case purchase
I bought a phone case from this store not too long ago, and I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about how long it's taking to get to me. I placed my order on 11/29 and it's now 12/17, and still no sign of my case. It's annoying to see that orders I made with other shops after this one are already here. The only good thing I can mention is that when I got in touch with them, they quickly gave me my money back without any fuss. I'm grateful for the fast refund, but I still feel disappointed by how the whole thing went down.

Aircast ankle support purchase
I just bought this ankle support from this company and man, let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised by how awesome the service was. This support has seriously changed my tennis game, giving me the stability and comfort I need to really bring it on the court. I did notice that the sizing seemed a little different from the last one I got, but after going up a size, it fits like a glove and feels great to wear for hours on end. All in all, I'm super happy with both the product and the whole shopping experience.

Returned two dresses
This company is asking for my tacking number. I guess if I say I don’t have one they will say my package is lost. I have never had anyone ask me for my tracking number. I sent everything back step by step and did not proceed until after I sent screenshots of the items I wanted to return. I have 18 emails total back and forth. The last one is me sending them a picture of my receipt showing I sent the package back. I did not give them my tracking number. My package has a return label on it and it has not gone back to me. I think they have it and want to keep my money. I have never had any issues with getting a refund for any other company. This is insane.

Day and night oil set
I don't like to shop let alone spend money. These oils caught my attention so I researched and read about them for weeks before I made the purchase. I asked for a coupon code and they gave me one, ordering was easy and I believe I received them in about a week and am in looove with them! They smell amazing and feel sooo good on your face. Your skin absorbs it like a sponge, its crazy! And even though its only been a few days, i totally feel and see a difference. Im just so happy to give up makeup and go natural thanks to these oils. Worth every single penny! Thanks so much!

Glad I read all this review. It seems this company is irresponsible fulfilling the order shipments. With so many complains of people having thier credit card charged and not reciving their orderl, it shoul be reported to the business bureau.
I ordered on 5th April and did not realize it was coming from India. Tracking said on 15 April on way to Cyprus. I live in Spain. I emailed but did not get a response. Tracking is 33604385662
