Vatican and Colosseum entry card
I had a really bad experience buying the Vatican and Colosseum entry card from this company. The tickets weren't where they said they'd be for pickup, and the fast-track option wasn't really as fast as they made it seem. I ended up getting a super late entry to the Vatican Museum and had to pay again at the Colosseum because Omnia couldn't get me in. Plus, a bunch of the places included on the card were already free to enter. Basically, I think this card is a total scam.

Leather sling bag purchase
I just got this leather sling bag from the company. The bag itself is pretty good quality, but the color turned out to be darker than what I was thinking. I tried to swap it for a lighter one that cost more, but no one from customer service ever got back to me after I sent a bunch of emails. That lack of communication left me feeling let down by the whole thing.

I recently bought a dress from this store, and I have to say, I am seriously impressed with how amazing it is. The dress is super gorgeous and you can tell that they put a lot of effort and care into making it. Not only does it look great, but it's also really comfy to wear. And the hair accessories that came with it are top-notch and just tie the whole look together perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the dress fit me - it was true to size and made wearing it even better. One tire for wife's car
3:00 in the afternoon EST. But nope, that didn't go down as planned. They didn't even make the label until the day after! So I reach out to customer service, and they try to put the blame on FedEx for not scanning the package. Like c'mon, you can't send something out without a label. And let's not even start on those super vague shipping estimates - 1 to 6 business days? Really? Other online stores get it to you in a day or two tops! And then, the customer service rep cut me off before I could even finish telling them how frustrated I was. The one good thing was the price of the tire.

All their stuff has this overpowering perfume smell that made my skin burn, and that Bye Bye Pores blush? It just made my pores even more obvious. When I complained to customer service, they wanted me to shell out extra for fast shipping with a signature to send it all back, almost as much as I paid for the products in the first place! Trust me, steer clear of this company. Total waste of time and money.

I bought something from this company, and man, was I disappointed! I ordered this homeopathic formula expecting a box with a clear expiration date, but when it showed up, it wasn't even in a box and had no expiration date in sight. The label was all messed up, with important info missing. So, I reached out to customer service and found out that it was gonna expire in just 3 months! That's not cool at all, makes me wonder about the quality of their stuff.
