Overpriced and outdated eSIM service
I tried this service and it totally feels like a scam. When you pay the first 10 euros, it doesn't even show up in your account. You have to keep adding money just to keep using it. Plus, the instructions they give you to set up the eSIM are old and don't work with newer phones, so it's super frustrating and confusing. The service is also really unreliable; it's always losing connection and causing more problems than it's worth. I would suggest skipping this service altogether and just going with a local SIM card instead.
Frequent travel sim card
I've had this sim card for about 5 years and it's been amazing! I travel a ton and it's super convenient. I don't have to stress about getting a new local sim card every time I visit a new spot, I just stick with this one and I'm good to go. Oh my gosh, I just got a new SIM card from this place that opened up in like 2017 or 2018, can't remember exactly. It's working really great, but the best part is their customer service. It's seriously awesome, thanks so much, you guys rock!
