Appliance parts
I bought some appliance parts from RepairClinic not too long ago and man, let me tell you, I had some problems with their customer service. They kept sending me the wrong stuff, and every time I tried to sort it out, they acted like it was all my fault because apparently I wasn't clear enough. It was so frustrating and unprofessional. Their repeated mistakes and refusal to take responsibility really let me down. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with the whole deal.

Headband speaker purchase
The headband speaker is amazing for helping me sleep! I've had trouble falling asleep for so long, but with the calming stories and sounds, I can now doze off in 15 minutes or less. The sound is great, and it really feels like I'm in a peaceful place. Although, I did have some difficulty adjusting the speakers in the headband, which was annoying.

Dress shirt purchase
I just bought this awesome dress shirt that I was super pumped about. But then, I got an email saying that it was out of stock and my order got canceled. I was pretty bummed out and annoyed, especially because it was still up on the website. I'm over here in the UK and I've never had this kind of mix-up and hassle when shopping online.

Procrastination-solving app
The Procrastination-solving app from Virtue Map is really amazing! I've only been using it for about ten days, but it's already been a huge help for me. It asks me some really tough questions that really make me think about why I procrastinate and what doubts I have about myself deep down. I can already see where my procrastination habits are coming from. I'm really looking forward to seeing where this app leads me!
