    My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. I never meant to subscribe, but somehow got stuck with a monthly charge for a product I can't even use because of my health. I've tried everything to cancel - calling, emailing, even getting my bank involved - but I keep getting ignored or brushed off. It's maddening to watch my money disappear each month for something I never even wanted. And it's even worse because I'm still dealing with back pain and now have all these useless packs stacking up. This whole thing has left me super upset and strapped for cash.

    Cross body purse

    The crossbody purse I bought was just the right size for holding a bunch of stuff without being too bulky. But man, was I bummed when I saw that the dye on the strap hadn't been set properly. It ended up rubbing off on a bunch of my shirts, leaving some tough stains that I couldn't get out. I had to toss those shirts, which sucked. Because of this mess, I haven't been using the purse and I'm thinking about getting a different one that won't ruin my clothes.

    I recently bought a bunch of stuff from this company, thinking it would show up pretty soon after. But I didn't get any updates or tracking info after I placed my order. When I contacted customer service, they told me one of the items I wanted was out of stock, but they didn't say why they hadn't shipped the rest of my stuff. I tried to reach out a bunch more times, but never heard back about what was going on with my order. So, I had to cancel it and find another way to get my money back. Overall, dealing with this company was a huge letdown and super annoying.

    Dry suit for adventure camp

    I bought my kid a dry suit for her adventure camp up in the Boulder Mountains. She was getting ready to spend all day floating on the Salmon River below the Yankee Fork, but didn't want to deal with a soggy, gloomy afternoon. Luckily, the dry suit I got from Outdoorplay really came through! It fit her perfectly and kept her nice and dry the whole time. The suit was super high quality and I was really impressed with how well it held up.

    Sardel fry pans

    I ordered the Sardel nonstick fry pans and their olive oil. After a month and a half I received nothing. Luckily I ordered through Paypal and am in the process of getting my money back. Stay away from this nonexistent, uncaring company who takes your money and delivers nothing.

    I tried to purchase some birthday gifts for my grandson whom I found out was a brand that he liked from my daughter in law this company cancelled my order three times just because I was sending a gift to his home instead of my home which is the billing address for the card that I'm using which is my own card then they told me they cancelled it because it seems to be fraudulent they suspected to be fraudulent they say this is a system error not a personal error it seems very discriminatory and matter of fact profiling or racial they asked for my picture first my photo ID then they asked for my card photo to make sure it was mine nothing on their website is inexpensive or cheap so I don't understand the problem with ordering multiple items even if they are costly that's their business so when I proceed to order a few items they cancel the order several times then they gave me emails I tried to find a phone number but I had no luck then someone told me that they didn't have a phone number but they gave me some phone number via email that got to a live person the person picked up the phone almost as if it was their home phone however I spoke to the person explained to them the situation they told me it seems to be fraudulent I said why would it seem to be fraudulent because somebody is ordering a gift to send somewhere else you don't have to send gifts or items to the address just because it's associated with your card you could send it wherever you like especially something that you're paying for I thought it was extremely odd they were behaving odd and they said that it was a systematic error not their own personal error they don't personally go over orders however it seems to be something wrong because my orders kept getting cancelled these items are not sold in stores except for saks they don't have any of their product in store and they do have online store which I try to order from without any luck then they told me personally that they would push the order through on the back end because they saw my information that I had sent over via email and still told me sorry it's nothing we can do to help you so they rather lose a customer because of some fake “issues with the system flagging my order because I'm ordering some expensive items their items are costly not too costly for me to afford however they cancelled it just because I order more than a couple things but what's frightening about it you have to try it on before you buy it and I was actually getting my grandson some gifts and I got him some things that I thought he would like new to the website new to online at my age I've never come across this and never seen anything like this type of behavior from a merchant or a retailer that once customers and to gain good customer service or respect as a company this is the most degrading humiliating discriminatory experience I've ever had I will never shop the brand or tell anybody else too I don't understand how they're in business if you can't even order an item or more than one at a time something is clearly wrong with their system I do not really appreciate this at all and I was very inconvenienced and was unable to get my grandson gifts that I know he would like instead of getting something I know he wouldn't like as a surprise they ruined my surprise and my time frame I do not appreciate Reese Cooper I would not refer anybody to order anything from them or try to order because they're gonna cancel the order from what it seems!!!

    Yes, you can return. it's just our warehouse is in China. return shipping cost is on customer's part.

    Return takes long time and it could be stuck on custom. we refund only if we receive your return.

    That's why we recommend you exchange for another 2 new free items instead of return.

    If you don’t wanna free items, we can refund you $20 in total. is this OK?

    You can sell them out. it won't take you much time. our items are cute, high quality, and cheap.

    I just got a response to a return request for four items: they asked if I’d take 50% off four new items or two free. For four items I need to return! No! I want to return them. This company is a thief.
