Enzyme treatment product for knee pain
So, I tried using this enzyme stuff for my achy knees and it was totally useless! I followed the instructions on the bottle and even took the highest dose, but it didn't help at all. And when I tried to stop the automatic deliveries, they tried to say I wasn't taking enough. Seriously, how rude! I wouldn't suggest spending your money on this product, it's a total waste.
Subscription payment issue
The customer service at this company really needs some work. I recently paused my subscription, but they still charged my account. When I emailed them about it, they said they'd give some of the money back, but I wasn't happy with that. They also said they got an empty email from me, which wasn't true. It seems like they're not organized and can't communicate well when it comes to helping customers. Plus, when I tried to delete my card details to avoid more charges, I got a message saying I couldn't remove the main payment method, which is a big problem. Customers should be able to manage their payments easily. Overall, dealing with their customer service has been a real letdown and pretty frustrating.
Ineffective product, cancellation request
I bought something from this company hoping it would help with my back pain. But it didn't do what it was supposed to, which really bummed me out. So, now I'm trying to cancel my credit card so they don't send me any more stuff I don't want. I contacted customer service to ask them to cancel it, and I'm hoping they can take care of it quickly.
Back pain relief product
I just bought a back pain relief product from this company, but it was a bummer. It didn't work as well as they said it would, and I saw no difference in my back pain after using it for weeks. On top of that, the ordering process was all over the place, and I got charged for extra stuff I didn't even ask for. When I tried to reach out to customer service, they weren't very helpful and sort of brushed me off. The whole thing was just annoying and letdown, so I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone looking for back pain relief.
Capsules purchase
I just bought some capsules from this company. At first, I was happy with the price and the product itself. But then things went downhill when I found out they had charged me way more than I expected every month without my consent. And now, I haven't heard a word from them or received anything else. I'm worried it might be a scam, so I've made sure they can't charge me again.
Unauthorized account activity
I thought I was making a one-time purchase, but turns out they went ahead and charged my account again for more stuff that didn't even work. I swear, this company is all about pulling scams. I had to call my bank to stop any more sneaky charges from happening in the future.
