Contact lens purchase
I just got some contact lenses from LensDirect and let me tell you, the customer service was top-notch. Kayla was so helpful, friendly, and super patient with me the whole way through. She made sure I remembered to send in my prescription and checked in with me right away. It felt like she was replying back instantly every time! I was seriously blown away by her service and I'm really happy with how everything turned out. Kayla is definitely a rockstar on your team.

Easy rental process
This rental process was a breeze and we had a blast! The renters were really nice and took great care of our stuff. They made sure to fill out all the paperwork and kept us posted on everything. Spent money, got nothing
I dropped a ton of cash on this thing, but it was a total bust. The customer service was the worst and I seriously regretted spending my money. Thankfully, I was pointed in the direction of someone else who really came through for me. They hooked me up with everything I needed in a link, and it was a breeze to use.

I purchased some clothing from Propper and although they said there are notices on their website that certain purchased are not returnable, there was not adequate notice. Thus I ordered two different sizes so that I could try them on. They now will not accept either as a return nor refund any money. Bye Bye Propper.
