I gotta say, I had a really good experience with online customer service recently. The person helping me was super efficient and nice. They fixed my problem right away, let me know about a form I was missing, and gave me all the info I needed. It was such a relief compared to trying to figure things out on my own on the website or waiting forever on hold for help. Electric Cooker CLA60ECBL/C in Black / Chrome
We recently bought this awesome electric cooker for our kitchen, and it looks really nice. It cooks food perfectly, but there is one annoying thing – the bottom oven is difficult to close. You have to slam it shut really hard to keep it closed, and it's pretty frustrating. Overall, I wouldn't suggest getting this cooker because of that one issue.
