Secure online shopping experience
I've been using Privacy for a few months now as a customer, and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with the service. It gives me a safe and secure way to shop online without stressing about my card info getting swiped. The peace of mind it brings is priceless. I actually found out about Privacy from a tip on a finance show I watch, and man, I'm so thankful I did. It's definitely a dependable and trustworthy service.

My experience with this service was absolutely awful. I tried reaching out to them on Facebook like they suggested, but they never got back to me. Their service and promotions were just a huge letdown. I wouldn't suggest this service to anybody.

Ticket purchase experience
I just bought tickets on this website and got the confirmation and tickets like normal, but man, was I bummed about the cost. The tickets ended up being way more expensive than I expected, especially the service fee - it was literally the same price as the tickets themselves! I was really put off by the lack of clarity on the fees.

Fitness tracker
I bought a fitness tracker from this company, but had to send it back because it didn't fit right. The return process went smoothly, but I still haven't gotten my money back after waiting over a month. The customer service folks said they're behind, but that's not a good enough reason for such a long wait. If I don't see that refund soon, I'm thinking about asking my credit card company to stop the payment. After seeing other reviews with the same issues, I don't think I'll be buying from this company again.

Dishwasher installation
I just got a new dishwasher put in my kitchen. The delivery was quick and I appreciated getting texts and calls to keep me in the loop. The crew that set it up did a really good job, even though it was a bit tricky to squeeze it in. All in all, I was really impressed with the service and the variety of options they had. I would definitely go back to them in the future.

Used golf club
I just bought a used golf club online and it was a total disaster. They canceled my order out of the blue, claiming I had the wrong billing address even though I know for a fact I entered it right. I tried reaching out to customer service several times and all they did was promise me a refund that never came through. Their lack of communication and follow-up is so frustrating, it's honestly unacceptable. I just want to warn others about this sketchy website.

Return issue
I had a bit of trouble returning my things for some reason, but the customer service team got back to me through email and now my credit is being processed. It took longer than I would've liked, but I'll wait and see until the credit actually hits my account before I fully update my review. I suppose things are going alright so far!

Air Purifier Filter Refill
The air purifier itself is great and I've been using it happily for a few years now. But let me tell you, trying to get a filter refill has been a total nightmare thanks to their lousy customer service. You can only order online, and when I called for help, I was stuck on hold for 25 minutes only to be told they couldn't find a match for my product number. So, I ended up with the wrong filter that didn't even fit. I tried emailing and even left my number for a call back, but I never heard anything back. After finally getting in touch with someone, I was told I had to pay to return the wrong filter and order the right one online. It was a frustrating and unhelpful experience, to say the least.

Kitchen upgrade items
I just got some new stuff for my kitchen from this store and man, was I let down. I paid extra for express shipping and only got 2 out of the 20 things I ordered, with no reason why. When I reached out to customer service about the missing items, they said it would take 4 more days to get them. Not cool. And when I asked for a refund on the express shipping I was just met with rudeness and a flat out no. I am really bummed about the whole experience and I don't think I'll be shopping here again anytime soon.

Photo book for Mother's Day gift
I just bought a photo book as a gift for Mother's Day for my wife, and I gotta say I am super bummed about how it turned out. I used really nice pictures taken with a good camera, but the quality in the book was not good. A lot of the photos looked blurry and pixelated, which made it hard to enjoy looking at them. Also, the book was all messed up with some pages only having one random photo on them. It was not what we were hoping for at all and we were left feeling let down and annoyed.

So, I picked up this blanket from here and to be honest, it's not great but it's not terrible either. The website layout is a bit confusing, and it took me a while to find what I was looking for. The prices are a little steep for me, but the quality is decent. Sometimes the search bar doesn't give me the results I want and getting around the site can be a hassle. All in all, I'm not sure if I'd recommend this place to my friends, but it's not the worst I've seen.

The process of ordering the backpack I bought was a total nightmare. Whenever I looked at the delivery time, it just kept getting delayed. I reached out to customer service via email to find out what was going on, but instead of a helpful answer, I got a snarky reply basically saying they'd be glad to cancel my order. So I recently bought some stuff from this online store and let me tell ya, I was super impressed. Thanks to Covid-19 mess, I've had to start doing my own nails and my daughter's at home. We've been going to the salon for over 8 years so this was a pretty big change for us. But the website was super easy to use and had a ton of great products to pick from. The service was top-notch, my order showed up in less than a week even though it had to cross the country to get to me. I had a question about something I bought, so I shot an email over and Harley, the customer service rep, got back to me within a minute with all the info I needed. I'm really thankful for the efficient service and help, it made my day.

River cruise vacation
My river cruise vacation was amazing! The trip was so well-organized and our guide really knew their stuff. Even though we had to get up early, I liked that we did more sightseeing than just chilling out, so I got to see a ton of cool stuff in a short time. Just a heads up, you gotta be up for some moving around on this trip. The cruise on the fancy boat was definitely my favorite part, and the food was seriously top-notch.
