Door to door delivery issue
I ordered something and paid for door-to-door delivery, but then I got an email saying they couldn't bring it to my house. I had to drive all the way to the airport to pick it up. Totally not cool, dude. I ordered something like this before and never had trouble getting it delivered to my doorstep. Such a waste of money and time.

Hanging light for dining room
The website was really cool because it showed us other lights that were similar to the one we were looking for. It was great to compare them and see which one would be the best fit for our dining room. They even had all the dimensions listed so we could make sure it would actually work in our space. It was awesome because sometimes a light can look too big or too small, but with all that information, we knew exactly what to expect. The ordering process was super easy and the service was great. We got our light really quickly and it was exactly what we were hoping for. The only downside was that the price was a bit high, but I guess you get what you pay for. Overall, we were really happy with our purchase!

Major appliance purchase
The delivery service was great! They kept us updated on when our stuff was coming, and it actually showed up right on time. The guys who set everything up were really nice, tidy, and quick. They took away all the boxes and showed us exactly how to use our new appliance, plus who to call if we run into any problems. All in all, top-notch service!
