Defective airgun
I bought an air gun from Airgun Depot but it came with an air leak. When I got in touch with customer service, I talked to Adam who gave me some tips to try and fix it. Even after following his advice, the problem was still there. Adam was really professional, knew his stuff, and was nice to work with the whole time. I ended up sending back the broken gun and they sent me a new one quickly. Even though there was a bump at the start, I'm happy with the great customer service and I'll definitely be coming back as a customer in the future.

This was actually my second time buying shoes, and let me tell you, I was pretty pumped to get my order. But man, was I bummed when I had to swap sizes not just once, but three times! Still, even though that was a hassle, I gotta give props to the company because the whole size-exchange thing was way easier and quicker than I thought it would be. And get this - the delivery showed up earlier than I thought it would, which was a nice little bonus. I recently got the new version of a file compression software so I could easily zip and send multiple files to my coworkers. But man, was I bummed out by the new update. The old version worked great for me for years, but this new one was a mess. Instead of just zipping my files, it changed them into some fancy format that you needed the pro version to open. Having to pay just to see basic files was a major pain, and not something I wanted to deal with during my workday. Now I'm looking for something else to use because I'm totally unhappy with this software now.
