Shipping to the UK cost about £15 and actually arrived in just over a week. They sent a few emails to keep me in the loop, and the Asendia/Royal Mail tracking worked so I could watch it move. I paid an extra pound for SavedBy protection, which felt sensible. No customs hold-ups, item was priced better than the eBay options I found, so that was a relief. Small stuff could be smoother, but overall I was pleasantly surprised.

Partial shipment, no refund
they shipped half my order and then went quiet. I found Herbspro after a friend mentioned their product selection and placed an order for six items with an estimated arrival around Aug 20–23, 2023. I paid by card in full. After eight days I asked for an update and heard nothing. Three weeks later three of the six items arrived. No notices. No adjustments. I had my lawyer’s office send about 15 emails asking where the other items were and when I’d get a refund if they couldn’t deliver. Still nothing. Later the tracking site (SHOp) showed two items would be refunded, but the Black Walnut tincture wasn’t included and never was addressed. I sent roughly ten more emails asking for a full refund. No replies, no refund on my September statement. I wanted this to be a quick, normal order. Instead it’s been a long, unresolved mess. Be cautious and keep documentation.
Nervous Anxiety drops
I really like the products I got from this company. I've been using them for a while now, and I have to say, they do a great job at calming my nervous anxiety. It's nice to have a natural remedy that works so well.
Psyllium Husk Purchase
I recently bought some psyllium husk from this company and I have to say, I have some mixed feelings about the whole thing. I recently bought my husband the MuscleTech Cell Tech Hardgainer supplement from an online store. Unfortunately, what we got was just regular creatine with blue writing, not what we wanted at all. It's not cool to switch things up like that. Eventually, my husband will use it, but it's annoying when you receive something different from what was promised. Clearly, this company is tricking their customers by sending out different products without telling anyone. On top of that, we had to pay $17 for shipping from California to Arizona. It's just insulting. This kind of shady business practice is really disappointing, and I definitely won't be buying from them again. This whole experience as a first-time buyer was pretty off-putting. I suggest checking out reviews before ordering from this company.
Supplement order disappointment
After waiting three whole weeks for my supplement order to come in, you know, the one with Glucosamine, chondroitin, hydraulic acid & msm, I finally got word that it's not gonna show up at all. Ugh, what a pain! And on top of that, instead of my order, all I got was a bunch of annoying offers, coupons, and junk mail. I really don't want any of this stuff, so please, just take me off your list right now. Thank you.

The Hexol cleaner I bought from this website came right on time and I was really happy with my experience. It was easy to place my order and the prices were good. Oh my gosh, I just received my vitamins from this website and I am super excited! The prices were amazing and the delivery was incredibly fast. My vitamins came in perfect condition just as I wanted them. Yeah, the shipping costs were a little high, but overall it was still cheaper than other websites and I was able to choose my own flavors. It felt like choosing candy, but for adults!
Vertigo treatment
I recently had two really scary Vertigo attacks, and the first one was so bad I had to go to the ER. They did a bunch of tests and then sent me home with a suggestion to see an Ear Specialist. The very next night, I had another attack, so I went to see a specialist who did the head-bending trick that helped with my dizziness. While looking for some over-the-counter stuff to help, I found this product called DeVertigo that seemed promising, so I ordered it right away. I shared it with my specialist, and they thought it was a good option for self-treatment. Now I keep it with me all the time, just in case I have another episode. I'm so thankful I found something that can give me relief and peace of mind when these attacks come out of nowhere.
Cherry concentrate purchase
I bought cherry concentrate from this company not long ago, and unfortunately, when the package arrived, one of the bottles had a loose cap. So, a bunch of the stuff leaked out. I contacted customer service to ask for a replacement, but the whole process was way more complicated and annoying than it needed to be.
