Language learning platform
I've been using this language learning platform for almost two years now and it's been pretty good overall. But recently, I ran into a problem that seemed like a technical glitch, so I contacted customer service for help. The person I spoke with was really patient and didn't give up until we figured out how to fix the issue. Being able to talk with my son's family in Japanese is really important to me, so I'm grateful for the support in getting past this technical hiccup.

Slippers
The slippers are really good quality, but man, the sizing is way off. I normally wear a size 9 in all my shoes, so I thought I'd play it safe and order a 10 after reading some reviews. But even with that, they were still too tight. Unless you have totally flat feet, you're gonna have a tough time getting these on.
