I ordered 3 books, but one never showed up! Customer service took forever to get back to me and when they finally did, they didn't even give me a tracking number for the missing book. It's so frustrating!

Next day delivery service
I was super pumped to test out this company's next day delivery service, which you can get for an extra charge. So, I put in my order and picked the next day delivery option, happily paying the extra fee for the convenience. But guess what? The company promised they'd get it to me the next day, yet when that day rolled around, my stuff was a no-show. Bummer! So, I decided to reach out to their customer service team. I ended up chatting with a lady named Carly, who, unfortunately, couldn't hook me up with a refund for that delivery fee. That just did not sit well with me, you know? I felt like the company dropped the ball big time by not sticking to their end of the deal with the on-time delivery. The fact that they weren't owning up to it or trying to make things right left me pretty bummed out about the whole ordeal.
