Unhelpful and Rude Customer Service
I had a rough time dealing with the staff at London City Airport. I asked for help and got a snarky and unhelpful response from one person. It was pretty upsetting to be treated like that, and it got me thinking why a company would hire someone who doesn't know how to be polite and professional. But hey, at least I'm not a customer of theirs and I sure don't plan on ever being one. Good customer service is super important for any business, and it's a shame this company doesn't seem to get that.

Super helpful
It's been so helpful! Oh, let me tell you about when my little sister was born - those nurses and doctors were so surprised because she absolutely can't stand being disturbed. Every time they try to check on her, she starts crying up a storm. But once they walk away and leave her be, she calms down and goes right back to sleep. And you know what? She doesn't give us any trouble at night either. She just wakes up for her milk, then drifts right off back to sleep. She's like a little angel, I tell you!

Stayed in Bar Hill, Cambridge
We had a blast hanging out in Cambridge with the fam! Such a chill spot for a weekend escape. The room was so clean and fancy, and the staff was super nice and on top of everything. Shoutout to Chris and Karina for the delicious breakfast and dinner both nights. Already looking forward to going back again!

I am really disappointed with the service provided by this company. I've used a few payday loan apps before and never had any problems, but my experience with Earnin has been a total nightmare. It feels like their rules are designed to only help them, without considering what's convenient for us, the customers. I've had enough of their unprofessionalism and lack of transparency, so I've made the decision to close my account and find another place to do business. It's really sad to see a company treating their customers with such disrespect.

5-year subscription renewal
Man, I gotta say, I renewed my subscription for another 5 years and I am blown away by the service. It's always reliable, no annoying lag or downtime, and the customer service is amazing. Big shoutout to Mason for being super helpful when I had a tech issue. Keep it up, you guys are doing awesome!

European travel with Sears
My recent experience traveling to Europe with this one travel company was honestly not that great. Everything started off wrong with all the chaos at the airport in San Juan, PR, and then those uncomfortable seats on Air Europa (charter) with no chance of an upgrade just made it worse. By the time I got to Madrid for my connecting flight to Lisbon, Portugal, it felt like I had run a marathon just navigating through that airport. The optional tours they offered during the trip were confusing too, since they didn't really tell us how many people would be in each group. And let's not even get started on the hotels they put us up in - they were supposed to be 4-star places, but honestly I'd say they were more like 1/2-star quality.

Simple headset order
I bought a basic headset online last Saturday and picked the 2-3 day delivery. But by the next Tuesday, my order was still being processed. I contacted customer support for help, but they were not helpful and talked down to me. It was a frustrating experience, so I won't be buying from this company again.
