Narrow leg boots purchase
This was my first time shopping here and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised! They have a huge selection of shoes, it's crazy. I was looking for some slim boots and found three pairs that looked promising. I ordered them and they got here faster than I thought, plus the packaging was top-notch. One pair fit perfectly, so I kept those, but the other two weren't quite right for me. Returning them was super easy. I'm still waiting on the refund, but they've been great at keeping me updated through email. They've got high-quality shoes at affordable prices. I'll definitely be coming back here for my shoe fix.

As a customer at this store, I'm really upset about my recent purchase. I wanted a navy blue Helly Hanson men's jacket in size XL, but I was told a few days later that they didn't actually have it in stock and I had to pick a different color. I reluctantly chose black in XL and was told it would be shipped quickly. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. I've been waiting for over 10 days, and they keep telling me I'll get shipping info and a tracking number, but that hasn't happened. It's not okay to make promises you can't keep and leave customers in the dark about their orders. This kind of service is awful and has made me feel frustrated and deceived.

I just bought some jewelry, but I had a really frustrating time with the service. Hand lotion not good enough
I bought this hand lotion, but it didn't do anything for me. I asked for a refund, but they said I should keep using it for a few more weeks. Now, they're sending me two more tubes and charging my credit card! They're also not answering my emails. Such a terrible company!

I can't believe my order never arrived! Seriously, who steals a package? I was so pumped for my purchase and now it's just vanished. And don't even get me started on how terrible it is for the environment to ship stuff across the globe. Come on, folks, let's think about the planet!
