Quick and efficient customer service
This company really knows how to treat their customers right. I was so relieved that I didn't have to deal with being transferred back and forth or put on hold for what feels like forever. It's hard to find that kind of personal touch in customer service these days, but this company nailed it. They took care of my problem right away, and I couldn't be happier with how it all went down. I'll definitely be coming back to them for help in the future.

Easy, quick, reliable
I just ordered a test online without giving my real name or email, and had the lab paperwork sent straight to the testing place on their site. When I got there, I had my blood drawn with no issues, and got my results the next day. Everything went really well, super quick and easy, and the service was great. I'd definitely suggest this for anyone looking for confidential and speedy testing.

Mountain bike purchase
I just bought a mountain bike from this company and it was a total disaster. The customer service was practically non-existent, the prices were sky-high, and the delivery took forever. I ain't ever buying from them again.

June 3rd order
I bought something on June 3rd and I still haven't gotten it. I contacted customer service on June 15th, and they said it would be shipped soon. But as of June 22nd, it's still stuck in "packing" status on their website. I'm really disappointed and frustrated about this whole situation.

Lounge wear set
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Especially if the product is from Lucy and Lyla. They will not send you what you purchase and will not respond to your emails or give you a refund. I ordered something in November of 2020 and still have not received it or a refund. I have sent them numerous emails without one single response. This company needs to be shut down.
