Personalized customer service
I just had to share that the customer service I got was outstanding! I couldn't believe it when I got a call after regular hours to help me out with a problem on their website. The person I spoke with was so patient and really knew their stuff. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I was truly blown away by how much they cared about helping me out. Now I can't wait to try out their product and keep supporting their brand.

Stay at airport hotel for location
The hotel is just weird - the setup is confusing, the rooms are tiny, and it's way overpriced. Definitely not a comfy stay overall.

Quick and efficient customer service
This company really knows how to treat their customers right. I was so relieved that I didn't have to deal with being transferred back and forth or put on hold for what feels like forever. It's hard to find that kind of personal touch in customer service these days, but this company nailed it. They took care of my problem right away, and I couldn't be happier with how it all went down. Easy, quick, reliable
I just ordered a test online without giving my real name or email, and had the lab paperwork sent straight to the testing place on their site. When I got there, I had my blood drawn with no issues, and got my results the next day. Everything went really well, super quick and easy, and the service was great. I'd definitely suggest this for anyone looking for confidential and speedy testing.

I just bought a mountain bike from this company and it was a total disaster. The customer service was practically non-existent, the prices were sky-high, and the delivery took forever. I ain't ever buying from them again.

Swim goggles for my son
My son really loved the swim goggles I got for him at this store. He was having trouble seeing underwater while swimming, but these goggles really helped him out. They not only made a big difference in his performance in the pool, but they also came faster than I thought they would. That was a relief because he had a swim team tryout coming up. The goggles were good quality and fit his face perfectly. I'm really impressed with both the product and the service from this store.

June 3rd order
I bought something on June 3rd and I still haven't gotten it. I contacted customer service on June 15th, and they said it would be shipped soon. But as of June 22nd, it's still stuck in "packing" status on their website. I'm really disappointed and frustrated about this whole situation.
