I recently bought their basic service and man, I was really let down by the customer service I got. They said it would take 1-8 business days, so I checked in on March 12th and 13th, and all I got was a vague response at 1am that didn't tell me anything useful. It's been a while now and still no more updates.

Lounge wear purchase
I was really bummed about the no exchange policy, especially since the sizing for lounge wear can be a bit tricky in this price range. They should definitely mention that before you place an order. But, even with that issue, I have to say the fabric is just amazing and really good quality. The customer service team was super fast in getting back to me and was open to making changes to their policy to make things better. It's awesome to see a company that actually listens to its customers and is willing to be flexible.

Express Shipping Disappointment
I just bought express shipping for an order I needed quickly, but turns out the shipping time was way off. I tried to cancel the order when I found out, but they said it was too late. This whole thing has really disappointed me and now I'm not sure I want to buy from them again. I'd suggest finding somewhere else to get your clothes to save yourself the hassle.

This company's customer service is just terrible. I spent over an hour on the phone trying to figure out why there's an extra charge on my bill each month. The person I talked to didn't seem to know what was going on and couldn't even send me a detailed bill over email. And to top it all off, I got disconnected after being on hold for an hour and 4 minutes waiting to talk to a manager. It's just not right!

It was supposed to be a cotton dress, what I received was a cheap spandex material that looked like something you would purchase from the dollar store. I emailed the COMPANY explaining that NO response THEN i went ON Facebook and i found this HELP INFO OF THE COMPANY THE customer service is the BEST I have ever seen in my entire life THE PROVIDE me the SHIPPING LABEL AND MY GREEN DOLLAR WAS DEPOSITED INFO MY ACCOUNT. I WILL NEVER BUY THIS CHEAP, GARBAGE DRESS FROM THIS COMPANY AWFUL CLOTHING STOREZolucky is absolute garbage!
Zolucky is absolute garbage!! They show you photos of clothes then send completely different items. When I contacted them to arrange for a return, they said I would be responsible for shipping to China and it would cost me more in shipping than the clothes cost. What they do should be illegal. Ordered sterling silver earrings that were actually made of plastic. Amazing :(Contact BBB. I always do and get my refund this way.

I ordered 2 darling pair of slip on shoes from this company and a t-shirt. The first pair of shoes arrived and were way too big. I reported this to the company and the response was that if I wanted to return them I would have to send them back to China. I wanted to wait until my order was complete before I made a decision. They did offer a 15% refund if I wanted to keep the item. Well the second part of the order arrived and of course the shoes did not fit. I have requested the 15% refund on those shoes also. I will keep the t-shirt, but it is not nearly the quality of other items I have ordered from other on line locations. I will not order from this company again and was surprised that they are not on YELP for complaints.

I ordered three tops, came very quickly, but the size small was very small, plus two did not look at all like the webpage, I'm trying to return these, hope it goes smoothly, If I have to return to China, I'll donate them. This company has a twin called Noracora... exact same merchandise, and the exact same crappy customer experiences. Note to self: Read reviews of the company before purchasing anything.

Try returning something. Typed in my correct email and the order number at least five times and each time the response wa that there was no match. Tried doing a live chat as suggested and unable to find. Total scam company, don't buy anything form them.
Thankfully, I ordered two tops. I was going to order more, but decided to get these two first and see how it went. I received the package timely, but the quality if poor at best. I ordered a medium top, that i believed was a sweatshirt, it was super large and appeared to be a picture that was taken from a really nice sweatshirt sold elsewhere and copied on bad material of some sort. the other fit fine, but again, looks like a photo copy of something really nice and just basically something i would wear to clean the house. Very disappointed!
Bait and switch. That should be ZoLucky's tagline. Order from a picture of a great pair of boots. Unpack garbage -- with no structure. Plastic instead of leather. Returning? -- they gave me an address in Vietnam!! Do not order from this site -- unless you are in Viet Nam and can easily return the product. No, not even then.
Order two xxl shirts and a sweatshirt for my wife’s anniversary one month ahead of time. They arrived two weeks late appeared to be size xs. The sweatshirt was made from a t-shirt material. Return process is not worth the aggravation of not getting all my money back. China is going to rule the world using our money ???? they won’t have to invade just send us COVID laced clothing and masks ????

I bought a shirt from them a few years ago. What they sent looked like what some kid had drawn it with his left hand. What a joke! then I tried to return it, NOPE, they wouldn't let me or give me my money back. It's a scam, and they make a couple bucks on 150K unsuspecting people a month... it's a well-oiled machine and some schmuck in Taiwan or ? lives in a Penthouse, and the crazy part is our Gov't allows it to happen.

I Called 24 feb evening but no answered, missed return call couple hrs later, recd txt msg several hrs later that shoes have been shipped with tracking number. Checked tracking 25 feb evening and being shipped from China . “Baiyun,Guangzhou,China, 4PX picked up shipment.” I hope they fit, otherwise returning them and getting a full refund may be a problem as i have seen others mention the same.
Ordered shoes from Fitville and tried to return them in one day as they didn't fit. The company advertises free returns but they are saying to me I have to pay to return them. I would not purchase from this company who false advertises.

I am going through a nightmare situation with this company. I have ordered from them several times with no issues, but this is the last time I do any business with them.
I placed an order 4 weeks ago. The order was for two poster prints. It took TWO WEEKS to ship the order (I recently placed an order for a similar order which was shipped the following day). They blamed the delay on the pandemic; I understand delays, but this is a ridiculous amount of time to ship such a simple order.
Then I didn't receive the order by the estimated arrival date. On their site, it states that a package is considered lost 24 hours after the estimated arrival date (it's been five days) and three days of no change from the tracking (still just says "package accepted" from five days ago.
It is impossible contacting customer service. They take forever responding to emails, and the "Live Chat" (which is now turned off) just told me to wait a few more days (after waiting for a representative for 30 minutes).
Very disappointed with how incompetently they have handled this whole transaction. Never again!I am having the same issue. can't get a hold of anyone. no response via email. package 13 days late

Looks like from reviewers that this is a scam. Wish I had checked before ordering anything from here. Only got confirmation and notice that they have already taken my money. This is supposed to be Vet run but why is product made in China. That wasn't told before hand. I want my product now not in 30 days. Shouldn't wait until ordered to tell us that. Originally said 3-5 days.
