I'm really upset about my recent purchase from this company. The shipping info they gave me was totally wrong, so it took way longer than expected to get my order. One part didn't even show up for almost a month, which is just not cool. When I reached out to customer service to ask about the delay, they were so dismissive and didn't even apologize. They basically tried to say it was my fault for not waiting long enough. It's really frustrating that they won't own up to their mistake and provide better customer service.

Even though I had to pay some custom taxes, the amount of money I saved was well worth it. The suit I received fit me perfectly, was packaged really nicely, and the delivery was super speedy. After my awesome experience, I have no doubt in my mind about giving this shop a well-deserved 5-star rating. If I could, I would definitely give them more stars.
