Suit purchase
At first, I was a little unsure about buying from this shop because they had such an amazing deal going on. But, I decided to take a chance and went ahead with the purchase using PayPal. I was pleasantly surprised by how great everything turned out. To my excitement, I got my item just 2 days after ordering all the way from Italy to the UK. Even though I had to pay some custom taxes, the amount of money I saved was well worth it. The suit I received fit me perfectly, was packaged really nicely, and the delivery was super speedy. After my awesome experience, I have no doubt in my mind about giving this shop a well-deserved 5-star rating. If I could, I would definitely give them more stars. I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future and telling all my friends and family about them.
First order, unique items, good price, quick delivery, perfect condition

My experience shopping with Suitnegozi was awesome all the way through. I bought a fancy designer satchel bag from their site and I was really impressed with how quickly it arrived. The bag was totally real and brand new, just like they said it would be. I had a few questions about the bag before I bought it, and the sales team got back to me super fast. Suit for a wedding
I just got a suit for a wedding coming up and I gotta say, the service at this store was top-notch. I placed my order on New Year's Day, which happened to be a Sunday, and I was pretty shocked to get a shipping confirmation the very next day. The suit showed up on Tuesday morning in Amsterdam, which was even quicker than some Dutch companies deliver. I was seriously impressed by how fast it came, and I was happy with the suit itself. Return Issues
I bought some stuff from Suitnegozi and it didn't fit me right. But I couldn't return them because there wasn't a return label in the box. I tried calling and emailing Suitnegozi, but never heard back. It's really frustrating and not cool that they have such bad customer service.
Designer loafers
I recently bought a pair of designer loafers from this store, and I've had a really bad experience with both the product and the customer service. Not long after I got the loafers, the sole came off from the shoe upper. I called the store right away, had to wait a long time, then sent the shoes back for repairs. But, even after waiting for two months for the repairs, the same problem happened after just three weeks of using them. I tried contacting the store several times, but they were not helpful and didn't want to fix or replace the faulty product. So, now I'm looking into legal action as a last resort. It's really disappointing that such a famous store wouldn't take care of their customers like they should.
Fast turnaround, excellent service, great product, competitive pricing
I just bought something from this online store and I gotta tell you, I was seriously impressed. They were super quick with getting my order to me and their customer service was amazing. They made sure I was totally happy with what I was getting before it was shipped out and even gave me a better deal than the nearby stores. They had a huge selection of designer clothes that I found exactly what I wanted in. I had a great experience and I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.
Designer trainers at a discount
I wasn't sure at first because of some bad reviews, but I saw a really good recommendation and thought I'd give this site a shot. Coat, big bargain, satisfied
I recently bought a coat from this store and it was a great deal. The delivery came in just 4 days, which I thought was really impressive. Their customer service got back to me quickly, which I liked. The coat was in excellent condition and I was really happy with my purchase. The only thing I wish is that they had included the original hanger with the coat. Even so, I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again in the future.

This company is absolutely amazing! I bought a skirt from them not long ago and it turned out to be exactly like it looked on their website. The delivery was super fast - even quicker than ordering from a store here in the US. I'm in North America, so that was a nice little shock. Their service was fantastic, and I'll definitely be buying from them again in the future.
Trainers Christmas gift
This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I bought some trainers as a Christmas present, but they ended up being too big. It took six whole days for someone to even respond to my email asking for a return, and then I had to go to the library to print out the return label, which was just a pain. When I finally sent the package back through DHL Express, they told me the label was no good, and it took even longer for them to sort it out. To top it all off, I got an email saying I wouldn't be getting a refund. The service I received was absolutely terrible.
Bad communication, no response for return
I tried calling and emailing them but nobody responded. I needed to return an item because it was the wrong size, but they never sent me the return shipping label. I even attempted to speak with them over the phone in English, but they ended the call on me. Can somebody please assist me with my issue? Due to their poor communication, I missed the return deadline. This whole process has been extremely frustrating.
Bottega Veneta Blazer and Fendi Bag
Got a black Bottega Veneta blazer and the Fendi Origami Medium bag that I was struggling to find from other retailers. Very happy with the price I paid and how fast it shipped. Can’t say too much about the customer service but it was good seeing how easily I placed an order.
Jacquemus mini bag
I bought the mini coiled leather bag to see what the hype was about. The bag itself is good quality but its size is not very practical because I could barely get a lip gloss in there. However, when I swapped the bag for a ... one, the exchange process was easy and fast. Also, I had a nice service consultant who helped me with instructions to return the mini coiled bag and get the other one I wanted instead.
Lucky Find
I found the perfect Jacquemus hat at Suit Negozi after looking everywhere online. I was concerned about the international shipping speed, but I got my order in less than a week, and it was in perfect condition. I'll definitely be ordering from them again.
Delayed purchase delivery
I'm so frustrated with this company because they're not communicating with me at all. I've tried contacting them a few times about my order, but I still haven't gotten a response. It's really disappointing that my item hasn't arrived yet and no one seems to be concerned enough to give me an update. Their customer service is terrible and it's making me really unhappy.
Bought shoes from Italy
I got these awesome new shoes from Italy and they arrived at my house in the USA super quickly. The prices were really reasonable too, not too pricey at all. I'm so in love with my new shoes, they're seriously cool!
Fendi Bag purchased
I just bought a designer bag from this online store. The bag itself was gorgeous, just like I hoped, but getting it delivered was a pain. DHL and US customs got all mixed up, causing a delay in getting my purchase. US customs needed more info on the bag, so there was lots of back and forth between DHL, customs, and the company. Dealing with all the miscommunication and delays was super frustrating, let me tell you. But in the end, the bag got cleared and finally arrived at my doorstep.
Return request
I had to get a refund from Suitnegozi not long ago, and let me tell you, it was a total mess. I sent the item back and then waited and waited for any kind of update, but I heard nothing for a whole 14 days. Finally, when I did hear from them, it was just to say sorry for messing up and to let me know they only gave me back a small portion of my money. This whole thing has really ticked me off and I'm not happy at all with their customer service and return policy.
