Suit purchase
At first, I was a little unsure about buying from this shop because they had such an amazing deal going on. But, I decided to take a chance and went ahead with the purchase using PayPal. I was pleasantly surprised by how great everything turned out. To my excitement, I got my item just 2 days after ordering all the way from Italy to the UK. Even though I had to pay some custom taxes, the amount of money I saved was well worth it. The suit I received fit me perfectly, was packaged really nicely, and the delivery was super speedy. After my awesome experience, I have no doubt in my mind about giving this shop a well-deserved 5-star rating. If I could, I would definitely give them more stars. I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future and telling all my friends and family about them.
First order, unique items, good price, quick delivery, perfect condition

High-end designer satchel bag purchase
My experience shopping with Suitnegozi was awesome all the way through. I bought a fancy designer satchel bag from their site and I was really impressed with how quickly it arrived. The bag was totally real and brand new, just like they said it would be. I had a few questions about the bag before I bought it, and the sales team got back to me super fast. They were really helpful and knew their stuff, which made the whole shopping process really fun. I'll definitely be shopping with them again in the future.

I just bought something from this online store and I gotta tell you, I was seriously impressed. They were super quick with getting my order to me and their customer service was amazing. Designer trainers at a discount
I wasn't sure at first because of some bad reviews, but I saw a really good recommendation and thought I'd give this site a shot. I bought a fancy pair of designer sneakers that were way cheaper than at other stores. I was so happy when they showed up in just 3 days, much faster than I thought. I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely tell others to check out this site if they want good stuff for a good deal.
Bottega Veneta Blazer and Fendi Bag
Got a black Bottega Veneta blazer and the Fendi Origami Medium bag that I was struggling to find from other retailers. Very happy with the price I paid and how fast it shipped. Can’t say too much about the customer service but it was good seeing how easily I placed an order.
Skirt, quick delivery, great service
This company is absolutely amazing! I bought a skirt from them not long ago and it turned out to be exactly like it looked on their website. The delivery was super fast - even quicker than ordering from a store here in the US. I'm in North America, so that was a nice little shock. Their service was fantastic, and I'll definitely be buying from them again in the future.
Jacquemus mini bag
I bought the mini coiled leather bag to see what the hype was about. The bag itself is good quality but its size is not very practical because I could barely get a lip gloss in there. However, when I swapped the bag for a ... one, the exchange process was easy and fast. Also, I had a nice service consultant who helped me with instructions to return the mini coiled bag and get the other one I wanted instead.
Fendi Bag purchased
I just bought a designer bag from this online store. The bag itself was gorgeous, just like I hoped, but getting it delivered was a pain. DHL and US customs got all mixed up, causing a delay in getting my purchase. US customs needed more info on the bag, so there was lots of back and forth between DHL, customs, and the company. Dealing with all the miscommunication and delays was super frustrating, let me tell you. But in the end, the bag got cleared and finally arrived at my doorstep.
Return request
I had to get a refund from Suitnegozi not long ago, and let me tell you, it was a total mess. I sent the item back and then waited and waited for any kind of update, but I heard nothing for a whole 14 days. Finally, when I did hear from them, it was just to say sorry for messing up and to let me know they only gave me back a small portion of my money. This whole thing has really ticked me off and I'm not happy at all with their customer service and return policy.
Returned package for refund
I did everything the store told me to do and sent back my package, even though they didn't offer free returns. But since it got there, I've been emailing them non-stop about my refund and haven't heard back at all. It's really frustrating and honestly the worst online shopping mess-up I've ever dealt with. Now I'm getting nervous that I might not even get my money back. Looks like I'll have to go to the bank tomorrow to figure out what's going on with this whole thing.
