Mountain Biking Gear
These folks may try to come off as a cute little family-run operation, but don't fall for it - they're a complete nightmare to work with. They'll happily take your money and keep you hanging with hollow promises that your order will be on its way "soon." And if you dare to call them out on their nonsense, they'll just get all defensive and try to pin the blame on you for their unprofessional behavior. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this sketchy operation. Stick with businesses that actually have some integrity.

Unsolicited spam emails
Hayneedle won't stop clogging my inbox with spam emails every day, even though I've never bought anything from them and live in a different country. I tried to contact them through Google, but the link they gave me just sent me to a blank page. Clicking on the unsubscribe links in their emails didn't work either, the spam kept coming. This aggressive, scammy marketing is just plain stupid. How do they think they can gain trust by bombarding people with unwanted emails?

cast iron pot
I recently bought a 7qt cast iron pot from this store, but unfortunately, it arrived with a chip in the enamel finish. I reached out to customer service via email, but never got a response for weeks. It was so frustrating that I decided to call, and I ended up being put on hold for a whole hour before finally talking to someone. Then, after sending photos of the damaged pot as they asked, I waited almost a month without hearing back. It was really disappointing not hearing anything, especially since I spent a lot of money on this cookware. It took almost two months and multiple conversations with different customer service reps to finally get my refund. The whole process felt super disorganized and dragged out, and it definitely wasn't the quality of customer service I was hoping for. I can't help but think that if there was a local store nearby, like the one in Minnesota, things would have gone a lot smoother and been easier to deal with. Even though I did eventually get my money back, the lack of communication in the beginning and the delay in fixing the problem has made me hesitant to recommend this store to others.

Meal delivery service review
I gotta say, I've tried a bunch of those meal delivery services before, but this one blows them all out of the water. The recipes are pretty easy to follow, although I do take a little longer than they claim to make the meals. But man, it's totally worth it. Those sauces are just so good - I'm seriously addicted. And they have such a great variety of meals to choose from, plus the ingredients are top-notch. I've been telling everyone about it, I sound like a total salesperson for this service, but I just can't help myself.

Faulty product
I bought something from here not too long ago and I was really bummed to see that it wasn't working right. I reached out to the customer service folks and even sent them some pics over email to show them what's up, but they haven't gotten back to me yet. It's super annoying to deal with this kind of mess and it feels like they don't care about making things right for their customers. I thought they were all about selling top-notch stuff, but now I'm not so sure.

Rad Expand 5 E-bike
I got my Rad Expand 5 E-bike a few months back and it was a total disappointment, man. The packaging was just awful, and the bike arrived all banged up with a scratched frame and a bent brake rotor. And to make matters worse, the motor wasn't giving as much power as it was supposed to - what a letdown! I tried reaching out to them but it was like trying to talk to a brick wall, you feel me? Emails, calls, nothing seemed to work. They totally left me on read, like, seriously? I was so frustrated. But then after some time, they finally got back to me and sorted things out. But they seriously need to step up their game in the customer service department, no joke.

Legal THC gummies with melatonin
These THC gummies with melatonin are such a letdown. Like a lot of stuff out there, they don't do much at all. They taste alright and might make you a little sleepy from the melatonin, but they definitely don't help you relax or relieve anything. Don't bother wasting your money on these - try something better if you're after THC goodies.

Refund card issues
Unfortunately, dealing with that refund card from the flight I had to miss was a total nightmare. Even with a doctor's note, it was a real challenge to actually use the UATP card. I had to go into the office just to get help, and then when I finally did use it for another flight, dealing with the leftover balance was such a pain. The different answers I got from the office just made the whole thing so frustrating, and in the end, it felt like more trouble than it was worth. It's like those UATP cards are just meant to create problems, not fix them.

I just got my furniture order from Bombinate and I gotta say, I am so happy with how good the pieces are. They were exactly like they were described online and the color was spot on. The quality and craftsmanship of the products really stood out to me. Can't wait to order from Bombinate again soon!
