Mountain bike accessories
I gotta tell you, my recent trip to this bike shop for some accessories was a total letdown. They're closed three days a week, so my stuff took forever to ship. Plus, when I tried to get some help, the customer service was super rude and unapologetic. It seems like they don't even keep much stuff in stock and have to ship it all from the manufacturer. That just means more waiting time, especially for big brands like Helly Hansen. Bottom line, my time at this store was a bummer, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone else.
Fly line purchase error
So, here's the deal – I messed up and bought the wrong fly line from you guys online. No biggie, mistakes happen. I shot an email over to your customer service team right away to let them know what happened. It took them about a week to get back to me, which was a bit annoying, but they did give me the lowdown on how to send the package back for a refund.
I did exactly what they said, shipped the package back all nice and unopened, but here's the kicker – still no refund. I've sent a bunch of emails following up on the situation, but it's been crickets on their end. Pretty frustrating, I gotta say. Wish I had done more homework on your company before pulling the trigger on that purchase.
At this point, I'm thinking about reaching out to the Better Business Bureau to try and get this mess sorted out. Just want to get my money back and put this whole thing behind me, ya know?Ebike rack
Great pre-sales support, great price, great delivery. Very happy with the website the folks answering the phone and the folks mailing out the products. Everything as described and promised. Excellent experience.
MALONE RACK PADS
10 Days after ordering, I can't get a phone call returned or though to this company. The main number says the mailbox had never been set up. Emails which claim to be returned within 24 hours go un-responded to. Voicemails go unreturned from another number for them I found. They also charge your card before shipping item (or possibly evenhaving item). Had to have charge removed from card. They have "0" customer service from my experience. What a waist of my time. Go with someone more reputable.

First let me say I Do Not Do reviews. But when a shop goes out of their way I feel Others should know, with that said. My search on the web site was easy to find what i was looking for, The price was Great and the shipping was Super fast. I ordered on 8/11 and received it 8/12. I ordered the wrong size and Unlike Many other stores they had the proper size In stock the exchange was effortless, They went above and beyond to make my mistake right.

Alright hands down the customer support is really awesome. they are very nice and they helped me big time. i was completely new when i was buying my cycle from here but due to some stuffs. However when i seek to the help they quickly helped me out and also the process was hassle free. so yes, they are amazing!
