    Fly line purchase error

    So, here's the deal – I messed up and bought the wrong fly line from you guys online. No biggie, mistakes happen. I shot an email over to your customer service team right away to let them know what happened. It took them about a week to get back to me, which was a bit annoying, but they did give me the lowdown on how to send the package back for a refund.

    I did exactly what they said, shipped the package back all nice and unopened, but here's the kicker – still no refund. I've sent a bunch of emails following up on the situation, but it's been crickets on their end. Pretty frustrating, I gotta say. Wish I had done more homework on your company before pulling the trigger on that purchase.

    At this point, I'm thinking about reaching out to the Better Business Bureau to try and get this mess sorted out. Just want to get my money back and put this whole thing behind me, ya know?
