Painting
The painting I ordered got here pretty quick, but man, the frame was a mess. It was all flimsy and cheap, so it ended up getting messed up during shipping. Now the canvas is all wonky in a few spots. I had to take it to a pro to fix it up, which was a pain and cost me extra cash. I'm pretty bummed about the crummy frame and the damage it did to my painting.

Handcrafted accessories alleged Aliexpress drop shipper
My visit to the shop really let me down and made me question things. I was excited about the idea of unique, handmade accessories, but when I took a good look at them, I noticed that a lot seemed like they were the same as what you can get on Aliexpress. It got me thinking that maybe the shop isn't really handcrafting things but just drop shipping them instead. I can't say for sure, but it definitely made me wonder about how legit and trustworthy the shop really is.

Furniture delivery
Today, we had our furniture delivered by Chris & Darren, two really nice guys. They were so friendly and got everything done quickly. Even though this was the second time trying to get our furniture because of a mix-up, OKA fixed it really fast. Now we finally have our stuff and we're really happy with how it all turned out!

My experience with this store really let me down. I had problems from the get-go when I made my order. The customer service was not good - the staff wasn't helpful at all and they didn't communicate well. And let's talk about the shipping - it took forever for my order to get to me. By the end of it all, I was just frustrated and disappointed with my whole shopping trip at that store.
