Keyboard with shortcuts
Oh my gosh, this keyboard I got is seriously awesome! It's so cool and really helps make things easier for me. I just wish it had shortcuts for going through emails and tabs, though. Maybe it does and I just haven't figured it out yet, sorry if I'm mistaken. But overall, this product is like my best friend forever.

Brake rotors and brake pads
I recently bought brake rotors and brake pads from this company as a customer. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. The rotors I got were defective, and once I put them on my car, I could tell something was wrong. When I tried to get a refund, they told me they don't do refunds for defective parts. It's crazy to think customers should have to take possibly messed-up parts to a shop to check them out. Also, the brake pads I got were super loud, which made driving not fun at all. Bottom line, I'd recommend others stay away from this company.

Online return mishap
I recently had a pretty bad experience trying to deal with customer service after a mix-up with an online return. I sent back a product about a month ago and was expecting to get my money back on my original payment method. However, instead of getting a refund on my Apple Pay, I got a gift card, which was not what I wanted at all. When I reached out to customer service to clear things up, I got the runaround. Different reps were telling me different things, and it was super irritating to not get a straight answer. After a bunch of back and forth, I was finally told that I would be getting a refund by check in the mail. But here I am, over a month later, and still no sign of that check.

This indoor trampoline is seriously top-notch. It was a piece of cake to put together - took us less than an hour. The kids were bouncing around in no time, having a blast indoors and avoiding the crazy summer heat.

Unique shoes, stylish, long shipping time
Calceus has some really cool shoes that you can't really find anywhere else, but the only downside is that it takes a looong time for them to ship. It feels like forever and a day before you actually get your order, but I guess that's the price you pay for the good deals they have. Even though it takes so long, I've bought from Calceus before and I'll probably do it again in the future if I see something I like.

I bought a new hoodie from your store not too long ago and I was pretty bummed out by the quality. I washed it once and it completely fell apart, which was a major letdown. To top it off, it was a gift so I couldn't even exchange it. This whole thing really made me doubt the quality of your stuff and the reputation of your brand.

Love seat purchase
I recently bought a love seat from that place and man, it was a total mess. I asked for a delivery on Tuesday or Thursday because of my health issues, but they just ignored that and picked a different day without even telling me. When I called to confirm, they had the nerve to say they don't do deliveries on the days I asked for. The manager didn't seem to care at all about what they did and only offered to cancel with a restocking fee. It feels like this place is as shady as a used car lot, full of lies and deceitful tactics. If you like being treated poorly and wasting your money, then this is the place for you.

Dishwasher repair gone wrong
I had a really bad time dealing with that company. Their workers were totally unprofessional, they were always showing up late, and they actually ended up making things worse instead of fixing anything. The original problem should have only cost $300 to fix, but after several unsuccessful tries, I'm now looking at a bill for over $3000 in damages. It's been 3 months and they still haven't managed to sort out the issue.

I was really bummed out by the high-end clothes I bought from that store recently. They weren't as great as I thought they'd be, considering how much I spent. The store itself had a cool vibe, but the customer service was kind of lacking in friendliness and attention. Honestly, I felt like I was paying way too much for what I was getting, and the delivery took forever with no updates.

I called to cancel my insurance back in early February and they told me it wouldn't renew. But guess what? They went ahead and renewed it anyway and charged my card for a whole year's premium. And now, to top it all off, they're only offering me half of my money back. Can you believe it? Absolutely dishonest and unethical behavior from these crooks.

I recently bought 2 square dog kennels from this place and let me tell you, I was really impressed. I'm a small, older lady with a bum shoulder, so I was nervous about putting these kennels together. But, surprisingly, it was a breeze thanks to the clear instructions. The kennels are sturdy and secure, which makes me feel good about keeping my active pup safe and sound. What's really cool is that you can connect multiple kennels together for a customizable size. This has been a game-changer for me because I can easily adjust the space based on my dog's needs. Even though there was a small issue with missing connectors, the company quickly fixed it and their customer service was top-notch.
