I recently had the pleasure of experiencing amazing customer service from ScholarTrip's team. My rep, Ms. Fiel, really went above and beyond to help me out with all the changes to my international flights. She was super patient and really knew her stuff, making sure everything went smoothly even when things got tough. She did a great job of finding other flights and airports, and had to work with different airlines since ScholarTrip is a third-party service. Even though they say they might take 24 hours to respond, Ms. Fiel got back to me with updates in just about an hour, showing how dedicated and efficient she is. Her help made a huge difference for me and I'm so grateful for all she did. I'll definitely be using ScholarTrip for all my future travel plans.

It wasn't easy, but in the end, everything got sorted out and we were happy with the outcome.

Our daughter's flight to Europe got cancelled out of nowhere the day before she was supposed to leave, and it really stressed us out. I had a great experience with the customer service rep named Perliza. She was super helpful and really paid attention to my problem. She went the extra mile by looking into the issue and sending me the perfect solution through email. It was unexpected because usually, customer service reps don't follow up after the call ends. Perliza really went above and beyond in helping me, and I was impressed by her dedication.

Most customer support people don't actually follow through, but Joselle did. She gave me updates and made the whole process easy. Bad customer service
I was really upset when I tried to change my ticket and they wouldn't assist me at all. They told me I couldn't cancel or get a refund, and when I called the airline they also couldn't do anything to help. It felt like such a waste of my time and money. I definitely won't be booking with them ever again!

Quick response and problem resolution
I ran into a problem with my airline mileage number and had to book aisle seats for my return flights. Perliza and Mellan were super quick to help me out and got both things fixed in just an hour. I really appreciate how efficient and professional they were. I've already told other people who are planning trips about this awesome travel service.

2 Tickets with luggage mix-up
My family and I got 2 tickets from ScholarTrip, but they really messed up. We were supposed to have 3 pieces of luggage each, but when we got to the airline counter, they said only 2 were allowed. I called ScholarTrip, and they admitted the mistake, but told me to pay for the extra luggage. I sent them the receipt like they asked, but it's been over 4 months now and still no refund! On top of that, the airline canceled our return flight and ScholarTrip is giving us a hard time rebooking. It's a total nightmare, I wouldn't recommend booking with them at all!
