Flight changes assistance
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing amazing customer service from ScholarTrip's team. My rep, Ms. Fiel, really went above and beyond to help me out with all the changes to my international flights. She was super patient and really knew her stuff, making sure everything went smoothly even when things got tough. She did a great job of finding other flights and airports, and had to work with different airlines since ScholarTrip is a third-party service. Even though they say they might take 24 hours to respond, Ms. Fiel got back to me with updates in just about an hour, showing how dedicated and efficient she is. Her help made a huge difference for me and I'm so grateful for all she did. I'll definitely be using ScholarTrip for all my future travel plans.
Flight seat selection assistance
I just contacted customer service for help picking seats for my upcoming flights, and I gotta say, I was really happy with the help I got. Chenno, the rep I talked to, really knew their stuff and gave me some great advice on choosing the best seats for each part of my trip. They didn't just tell me what to do – they actually showed me, step by step, and even sent over some screenshots so I could see the seat options. Their professionalism and knowledge totally impressed me, and thanks to them, the whole process was super easy and stress-free.
Flight cancelled, rebooked to Europe
Our daughter's flight to Europe got cancelled out of nowhere the day before she was supposed to leave, and it really stressed us out. But the folks at the company were super helpful and worked their butts off with the airlines to fix things. They ended up scoring us an even better, straight shot flight, which was a nice bonus. Their determination, quick replies to our questions, and friendly attitude made a tough situation way more manageable. I'd totally suggest their services to anyone.
Airfare purchase
I was checking out airfare and came across this awesome company. I was actually considering another one, but they were pretty rude to me. Thankfully, I went with ScholarTrip and I couldn't be more pleased! Their booking page was really user-friendly and when I gave them a call the next day, Joselle was there to assist me and made the whole process super easy. Huge thanks to Joselle!
Professional and efficient customer service
The customer service rep was super professional and really quick at fixing my issue. She even checked back with me to make sure everything was all good and there wouldn't be any lingering problems. Her friendly hellos and goodbyes at the end of our call made the whole thing easy and pleasant. I'm definitely gonna tell my friends and family about this great service.
Booked round-trip ticket
I gotta give a shoutout to Criencess for being super helpful when I booked my round-trip ticket. They spent a whole 4 hours going over the cancellation and change policy with me, and helping me choose my seats. Criencess is a top-notch agent that I totally trust - they're the best! Overall, my experience with ScholarTrip was awesome this time around!
Quick response and problem resolution
I ran into a problem with my airline mileage number and had to book aisle seats for my return flights. Perliza and Mellan were super quick to help me out and got both things fixed in just an hour. I really appreciate how efficient and professional they were. I've already told other people who are planning trips about this awesome travel service.
