    I placed an order for a dog playground back in March for our daycare. The company said it would be delivered within 30-90 days. After waiting for a while without hearing anything, I reached out to them. It took multiple emails and about two weeks for them to finally confess that it wouldn't be shipped until October. It's really frustrating that they didn't inform us about the six-month delay earlier. Honestly, pet supply company, that was not cool at all.

    This company is a complete disaster! I can't believe I actually ordered something expensive from them, and it's been a whole month without my order being shipped. I tried emailing them, but all I got was a generic automated response saying they would get back to me, which never happened. When I called, I was put on hold for an entire hour only to be told there was no one to speak with me. It's been a nightmare trying to get my refund request acknowledged.     I bought an Edemco dryer from this company recently and it has been a total letdown. When I first ordered it, they told me there would be a delay because of Covid-19, which I totally get.     Ruffland kennel purchase for '88 bronco

    I just bought a Ruffland kennel for my '88 bronco from this company, and I'm thrilled with my purchase. The kennel fits perfectly in the back of my car, and my German Shepherd Sasori is loving it - he's got plenty of space to move around during our adventures.     Incorrect part ordered

    I had the worst time dealing with this company. I ordered a part and it was totally wrong, so I contacted them to swap it out. But they wouldn't budge, saying their return policy was set in stone. I even offered to cover the shipping fees, but they didn't care at all. It felt like they were punishing me for a little mix-up that could've been fixed so easily with a simple exchange.

    The gate came right on time and it was exactly what I was looking for. I needed something to keep my new puppy in a certain area without messing up the walls, and this gate was just right for that. It's simple to adjust on either side, totally blocking off any ways to get out. The middle gate is handy and swings both directions, with a latch to keep it wide open. Overall, it's a really great product that fits all my requirements.

    Recently, I bought a dog bed for my Great Danes from Pet Pro Supply Co. We've tried a bunch of other dog beds, but they didn't quite cut it for our big dogs. After talking it over with my husband and debating the cost, we took the plunge and ordered the Bully Bed. And boy, were we pleasantly surprised! The bed showed up a day ahead of schedule and we were really impressed with how sturdy and well-made it is. Our dogs are totally loving it and it's giving them the support they require.     Extra large travel kennel for my extra large Labrador Retriever

    Replacement motor for dog groomer dryer

    I just bought a new motor for my dog grooming dryer from this company. However, I was bummed out to see that the motor I got wasn't the same as the one shown on the website. It was a different color, bigger in size, and had an external capacitor attached. When I contacted customer service to return it, they said no because the original motor is no longer available and the one they sent was similar. I think it's confusing and annoying, especially since their website still has the wrong motor displayed.

    I recently bought a double dog kennel from this company, and I gotta say I'm really disappointed with the service. They told me it would ship in 3-4 weeks, but it's been 6 weeks now and still no sign. I've been calling customer service, but I can never reach anyone. All I got was a generic email saying they're talking to the manufacturer. That's not okay, considering I paid $3600 for this. I really needed the kennel for medical reasons, and this lack of communication and shipping delays are really frustrating.
