Intermediate and XL (double door) dog crates
I recently bought four medium and two extra-large (double door) dog crates from this company, and let me tell you, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Dog kennels purchase

Recently, I bought a dog bed for my Great Danes from Pet Pro Supply Co. We've tried a bunch of other dog beds, but they didn't quite cut it for our big dogs. After talking it over with my husband and debating the cost, we took the plunge and ordered the Bully Bed. And boy, were we pleasantly surprised! The bed showed up a day ahead of schedule and we were really impressed with how sturdy and well-made it is. Our dogs are totally loving it and it's giving them the support they require. From start to finish, this whole purchase has been top-notch.

I installed these components in an old grooming table with just a few tweaks. The action is really smooth and it's a great rebuild kit. The quality is top-notch, the price is right, and the shipping was super fast. They packaged it up really professionally. Overall, I’d give it an A+++!
Ruffland kennel purchase for '88 bronco
I just bought a Ruffland kennel for my '88 bronco from this company, and I'm thrilled with my purchase. Edemco Kennel Dryer purchase
I just bought an Edemco Kennel Dryer from Pet Pro Supply Co. I placed my order in March of this year, but didn't get it until August. Even though there were some delays and a few communication problems close to the delivery date, the product showed up in good shape. I did notice that the quality of Edemco products seems to have gone down over time, as the dryer I got wasn't as sturdy as the one I had 12 years ago. But that's not on Pet Pro Supply Co at all.
KLIMB platform and accessories kit
I just bought a KLIMB platform and accessories kit from this company recently. I was super happy that they offered free shipping, especially since KLIMB doesn't usually do that. Even with all the craziness going on with pandemic shipping delays, my stuff arrived pretty quickly. Everything was in great shape when it got here, and I was really pleased with how everything went. I'm for sure gonna shop here again, and I've already told my friends about it too.
Crate purchase
I wasn't too sure about ordering from here at first because of some bad reviews, but I really needed a specific crate that was sold out everywhere else. So, I took a leap of faith and placed my order. And you know what? The company was super quick to respond to my questions and got my crate shipped out within a few days. It arrived in perfect shape and was exactly what I was looking for. All in all, I'm really happy with how everything turned out.
Incorrect part ordered
I had the worst time dealing with this company. I ordered a part and it was totally wrong, so I contacted them to swap it out. But they wouldn't budge, saying their return policy was set in stone. I even offered to cover the shipping fees, but they didn't care at all. It felt like they were punishing me for a little mix-up that could've been fixed so easily with a simple exchange.

The gate came right on time and it was exactly what I was looking for. I needed something to keep my new puppy in a certain area without messing up the walls, and this gate was just right for that. It's simple to adjust on either side, totally blocking off any ways to get out. The middle gate is handy and swings both directions, with a latch to keep it wide open. Overall, it's a really great product that fits all my requirements.
Extra large travel kennel for my extra large Labrador Retriever
