Expensive item purchase
This company is a complete disaster! I can't believe I actually ordered something expensive from them, and it's been a whole month without my order being shipped. I tried emailing them, but all I got was a generic automated response saying they would get back to me, which never happened. When I called, I was put on hold for an entire hour only to be told there was no one to speak with me. It's been a nightmare trying to get my refund request acknowledged. Their customer service is absolutely terrible!

Dress purchase, dress sizing, international return policy
Hey everyone, I recently bought this really cute dress from a store that I'd rather not say, and I absolutely loved it. However, it didn't quite fit right, so I had to return it. When I got the correct size, I had to deal with the international return policy since I'm from Canada, and it wasn't ideal. I only got a portion of my money back, which made the dress much more expensive than expected. It was definitely not a cheap purchase! Now I'm hesitant to buy from them again because of the return process. Hopefully, they'll improve things for international customers going forward.
