Difficult Returns Process
My experience trying to return something I bought from Jegs online was a total nightmare. I spent hours waiting on hold just to talk to customer support, and when I finally got through, they sent me to a broken link for the return label. On top of that, I had to pay for shipping. I wouldn't suggest this returns process to anyone.

I really like this software! I had to convert some PDF files to images for a school project, and it was so easy to do with this. It was super user-friendly, and I had no trouble figuring out how to use it. The image quality it provided was also really good. I definitely suggest this software to anyone who has to do the same task.

ID protection ink rollers
These ID protection ink rollers are such a rip-off. I bought them thinking they would keep my personal info safe, but they didn't work at all. My info was still totally readable after using them, and when I tried to return them and get my money back, customer service was MIA. Total scam, for sure!

Ruffland kennel purchase for '88 bronco
I just bought a Ruffland kennel for my '88 bronco from this company, and I'm thrilled with my purchase. The kennel fits perfectly in the back of my car, and my German Shepherd Sasori is loving it - he's got plenty of space to move around during our adventures. Plus, the kennel showed up earlier than I thought, which was a nice bonus. The customer service team was top-notch too - they were so helpful, quick to respond, and made buying it a breeze. I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.

Suit for an event
I recently bought a suit from this company for an event and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. The suit was low quality, the sizes listed on their website were way off, and the customer service was a nightmare to deal with. And get this - when I tried to return the suit, I had to foot the bill to ship it back to some far-off place overseas, which they conveniently forgot to mention when I bought it. Dealing with the return was a costly, slow process, and it took forever to get my money back, if I even did. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this company.

Pair of sneakers
I'm so annoyed with the way this store is handling my order. I bought some sneakers two weeks ago and they said I'd get them in a week. But it's been over two weeks now and still no package. They're not keeping me updated or following up on anything. I've asked for help several times and barely gotten any.
