Book order
As a customer at this bookstore, I just have to say I'm really bummed about my experience. I ordered a book and paid extra for next-day delivery, but here I am on day two and still no book. I feel like I got ripped off. When I tried to chat with customer service to figure out what's going on, they were super rude and unhelpful. It just made me even more frustrated with the whole situation.

I was really impressed by how helpful and quick they were in fixing my mistake without any trouble.

One-year subscription renewal for vehicle rental
I had a really bad experience with the American office of this business. They made me wait a long time for the car I ordered, and when I finally got it, it was a mess. There were bird droppings inside, which was gross and showed they didn't take care of it. On top of that, they messed up some paperwork, causing me legal problems later on. The company wasn't great at communicating either, giving me mixed messages and not acting professional at all. The prices were all over the place, and the service was just plain bad.

Oh my goodness, I can't believe how adorable this Candy Land cardigan is that I found on this online store! I'm totally in love with it. It's seriously the coziest thing I've ever felt, and the colors are so vibrant and cheerful. And the custom buttons on it are just the perfect finishing touch. I've been wearing it non-stop since I got it, and honestly, I never want to take it off!

I just bought an England kit that came with socks and shorts that I couldn't find in any local stores. Had to order 'em straight from the company. But man, it took almost three weeks for the shorts to get delivered, ain't that a bummer? And let me tell ya, the customer service from the company was a total mess, real disappointing if you ask me.
