    BOD sprays from FragranceX

    I've been buying from FragranceX for a while now, and I always get BOD sprays that I can't find in the UK. The scents take me back to my vacation in Florida, and I enjoy having that reminder. The deliveries to the UK have been great, fast and well-packaged. FragranceX's customer service is top-notch, and I really appreciate how they always make sure I'm happy. As long as they keep those BOD sprays in stock, I'll keep shopping here. Thanks for the awesome service, FragranceX!

    I'm really disappointed with this subscription service. I signed up for 3 months, but only got the first month's box. I extended for another 3 months, paid for the third month 10 days ago, and still no sign of the second box. Their tracking number says it should've come yesterday, but it hasn't. The lack of communication and transparency really gets to me. It feels like they don't care. Customer support is a joke. It takes forever to hear back, and when I do, it's like a robot response that doesn't help at all. Dealing with the delays and terrible service isn't worth the nice product. I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone.

    I've placed two orders with this company, and honestly, both times were a letdown. The customer service wasn't reliable, the delivery took forever and was all over the place, and the communication was just bad.     Duplicate finder software purchase

    I bought a duplicate finder software from your company to help me clean up my photo app by deleting duplicate photos. I've tried several times to use the software as the manual instructs, and even reached out to customer service for help, but I've only managed to delete a small portion of the duplicates. Despite asking for a refund because the software didn't work well, all of my emails have been ignored. This has been the worst experience I've had in the past thirty years of using Mac computers, and I won't be buying any software from your company again.

    3-month subscription, app stopped working

    I was pretty excited about my 3-month subscription at first because it was really helping me keep up with my fitness goals. But that excitement didn't last long because just 2 months in, the app stopped working on my phone out of nowhere. It was super frustrating because I couldn't keep up with my progress or stay motivated like I had been. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but they couldn't fix the problem, so I ended up feeling let down and stuck.

    High-quality meals, some inconsistencies

    I gotta say, most of the meals I got from this service were pretty good quality. But man, there were like 1 or 2 dishes that just didn't hit the mark. One dish with beef was super tough and just not tender at all, couldn't even stomach it. And then there was this tilapia dish that had a weird taste and a sauce that was way too sour for my liking. However, I gotta give credit where it's due - the other dishes were bomb, super tasty and satisfying. Sure, the prices are a bit steep, but I'm willing to give them another shot and keep ordering if they can keep up the good work.

    Running shoes not delivered for race

    I really wanted some awesome new shoes for my race, but they never came. I waited and waited, but nothing. Then they said they didn't have them in stock. The emails they sent were strange and not helpful at all. I'm not happy with the situation and definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

    I am totally obsessed with the stuff I got from this store! The rings are adorable and fit just right. The necklaces are really in style and make every outfit look better. I did get some jewelry that might rust, but overall, everything is top-notch quality. My favorite piece is definitely the pearl necklace; it's gorgeous and looks so classy. I'm so excited to show all my new bling to my friends!

    This company is a total scam! They took my money and never sent me the product I ordered. To make matters worse, they didn't give me any info about my order or tracking details. When I reached out to customer service, they said they'd give me a refund in 14 days, but guess what? I never got my money back. They just kept making excuses and delaying things. I had to go through my bank to finally get my refund. Stay away from this company!

    Defective part replacement

    I just bought a new part for my pet's crate, but it came damaged and some pieces were missing. When I contacted customer service, they told me I needed to send back the faulty part to get a refund. I was bummed to find out that I would have to pay for the return shipping. The customer service was not very helpful and didn't seem to care about my situation. It felt like they were just going through the motions instead of actually trying to help me out.

    Reward program issue resolved

    At first, I had a pretty bad time with the reward program. I was waiting forever to get my voucher, and then my account got wiped clean, so I couldn't even see my transaction history. But when I finally contacted the company about it, they fixed everything really quickly. It was just a big misunderstanding, and I'm grateful they jumped on it right away. Even though there was a hiccup, they ended up making it right. So, all's well that ends well.

    I was so looking forward to giving Winc's wine subscription service a try since I heard such good stuff about it. I did their palate profile quiz and couldn't wait to get my hands on my first batch of custom wines. But, man was I let down by what I got. Those wines just didn't hit the spot for me, they felt off compared to what I usually like. Besides, a couple of the bottles even had problems with their corks, which was a real bummer.
