    Outdoor backpack

    I ordered an outdoor backpack a week ago and it still hasn't been shipped out. I got a notification saying a UPS label was made, but the backpack's just been chilling in the warehouse for days. This is so not cool and it makes me question how reliable they are with their operations and logistics.

    I just bought some ventfree gas logs for my fireplace from Woodland Direct. During the whole process, me and my wife talked to this guy named Levi Rhanor, who is a tech sales rep. Levi was super chill and really knew his stuff, he answered all our questions and made us feel way more confident about our purchase. His awesome customer service and expertise definitely helped us decide to go for it. Now we're just excited for our new ventfree gas logs to get here!

    Tinted SPF purchase

    I just bought this tinted SPF from a company and let me tell you, I am so happy with it. When I put it on, it goes on really nicely and covers well without making my face all greasy or gross. It makes my skin feel nice and gives me a pretty glow. I'm really impressed with how good it is and I'll for sure be coming back to buy more.

    3-month subscription, app stopped working

    I was pretty excited about my 3-month subscription at first because it was really helping me keep up with my fitness goals. But that excitement didn't last long because just 2 months in, the app stopped working on my phone out of nowhere. It was super frustrating because I couldn't keep up with my progress or stay motivated like I had been. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but they couldn't fix the problem, so I ended up feeling let down and stuck.

    I just bought a portrait and wanted to say how happy I am with how it turned out. The artist really nailed all the little details and the end result is just beautiful.     This company is a total scam! They took my money and never sent me the product I ordered. To make matters worse, they didn't give me any info about my order or tracking details. When I reached out to customer service, they said they'd give me a refund in 14 days, but guess what? I never got my money back. They just kept making excuses and delaying things. I had to go through my bank to finally get my refund. Stay away from this company!

    Reward program issue resolved

    At first, I had a pretty bad time with the reward program. I was waiting forever to get my voucher, and then my account got wiped clean, so I couldn't even see my transaction history. But when I finally contacted the company about it, they fixed everything really quickly. It was just a big misunderstanding, and I'm grateful they jumped on it right away. Even though there was a hiccup, they ended up making it right. So, all's well that ends well.

    Replacement blades

    I've been a customer for a while now, and I gotta say, I was really bummed out when the replacement blades arrived. They were seriously lacking in quality compared to the awesome ones I used to get. They were so dull and gave me irritation, which made me cancel my subscription. It's disappointing to see such a drop in quality, especially when I've always been happy with your products before.     I bought three business data videos from this site hoping to learn more and improve my skills in that area. But when I tried to download the videos with a voucher, I ran into issues and couldn't see the content. The back-and-forth emails with customer service weren't helpful and just added to my frustration, lasting for days with no solution in sight. Luckily, after sharing my story online, the seller finally reached out and fixed the problems after a long six-day wait. Even though I eventually got to watch the videos, I felt like they weren't very useful or relevant to what I needed. All in all, this whole experience has left me disappointed and unhappy with my purchase.
