I had a terrible experience with a recent purchase I made from Zest Beauty. I ordered a birthday gift on April 17th, but I never got a confirmation email. Hey, so I ordered this awesome shampoo from a website and I was really excited about it, you know? But then I never got an email to confirm my purchase, like what's the deal with that? So I had to go on their site and look up my order number myself, it was 1020378752, does their email system not work or what? And when I tried emailing them to ask about it, no one ever got back to me, seriously, I just want to know if my stuff is coming or not, you know? Can you please help me out here? Man, this place is terrible! Like seriously, I placed an order and it never came. I only figured out something was off when I checked all the bad online reviews saying the same thing. This company shouldn't even be allowed to stay open! We all need to report them so they get shut down!

Refund received after 14 days
Even though I went through the same problems as other people, I was finally able to get my refund after waiting for 14 days. It was really frustrating to find out that the company is actually dissolved according to Companies House, so I decided to report them to Trading Standards. I communicated with them through email, and as expected, they denied being dissolved. But after I kept demanding my refund and warned them about reporting them and taking legal action, I finally got my money back. My advice to others going through similar situations is to keep pushing for a refund or take action through their bank to make sure they are protected from any fraud.

Oh wow, I can't believe this! I placed a small order back in December and I'm still waiting for it. Turns out the company shut down in January. How can they get away with scamming people like that and still be operating?
