I placed my order, but then got no email confirmation and the order status stayed stuck on "processing" for way too long. I tried to reach out to them through their chat box, but it wasn't working, and all I got was a generic email that said they'd get back to me in 7 days. Meanwhile, they wasted no time in processing my payment, which I saw show up in my account right away.

    After doing a little digging, I found out that the company was actually "dissolved in 2020," which made me think I'd fallen for a scam. Feeling totally deceived and frustrated, I went ahead and started a dispute with my credit card company in the hopes of getting my money back. It's just sad to see businesses pulling shady moves like this, trying to rip off folks who trust them.

    Hey, so I ordered this awesome shampoo from a website and I was really excited about it, you know? But then I never got an email to confirm my purchase, like what's the deal with that? So I had to go on their site and look up my order number myself, it was 1020378752, does their email system not work or what? And when I tried emailing them to ask about it, no one ever got back to me, seriously, I just want to know if my stuff is coming or not, you know? Can you please help me out here?     Even though I went through the same problems as other people, I was finally able to get my refund after waiting for 14 days. It was really frustrating to find out that the company is actually dissolved according to Companies House, so I decided to report them to Trading Standards. I communicated with them through email, and as expected, they denied being dissolved. But after I kept demanding my refund and warned them about reporting them and taking legal action, I finally got my money back. My advice to others going through similar situations is to keep pushing for a refund or take action through their bank to make sure they are protected from any fraud.
