As a customer at Zest Beauty, I gotta say I am super impressed with the skincare products I bought. They totally went above and beyond what I was expecting and have really helped step up my daily skincare game. The prices were fair for the amazing quality I got. The website was easy to use, making it simple for me to find and order what I needed. And the customer service was top-notch, always quick to help with any questions I had. All in all, a great shopping experience that I would definitely recommend to others.

My experience with Zest Beauty was really disappointing. I ordered some skincare products, but they never showed up. I sent multiple emails asking about it, but got no help. It wasn't until I wrote a bad review that I finally got an email saying my order was canceled. They told me I'd have to wait 14 days for my money back, but that time has passed and still no refund. I had to get my credit card company involved to sort it out. It's just not right that Zest Beauty tricks people into buying stuff they don't even have.

I am super upset right now! I ordered something and it never showed up! I didn't get any email updates even though I reached out to them. Now I have to wait for a refund, like seriously? Do not use this company, they are terrible!

Man, this place is terrible! Like seriously, I placed an order and it never came. I only figured out something was off when I checked all the bad online reviews saying the same thing. This company shouldn't even be allowed to stay open! We all need to report them so they get shut down!

I recently bought some beauty products from Zest Beauty and, to be honest, it was kind of a letdown. I placed my order back on August 5th, but the shipping process was taking forever. I sent a bunch of emails following up, but my order ended up getting cancelled and I got my money back. It wasn't until October 24th that I finally got my stuff. I was pretty bummed about the lack of communication and how long it took to get everything sorted out. While I'm glad they refunded me, I don't think I'll be shopping with them again in the future.

Oh wow, I can't believe this! I placed a small order back in December and I'm still waiting for it. Turns out the company shut down in January. How can they get away with scamming people like that and still be operating?

I don't understand why this company is still in business. They never even deliver the stuff you order! It's like they just grab your money and vanish. Thankfully, I managed to get a refund from the bank, but it's still not right. How do they get away with this? Shouldn't someone put a stop to it? Don't bother dealing with them.
