Hey, so I ordered this awesome shampoo from a website and I was really excited about it, you know? But then I never got an email to confirm my purchase, like what's the deal with that? So I had to go on their site and look up my order number myself, it was 1020378752, does their email system not work or what? And when I tried emailing them to ask about it, no one ever got back to me, seriously, I just want to know if my stuff is coming or not, you know? Can you please help me out here? My order never arrived
Man, this place is terrible! Like seriously, I placed an order and it never came. I only figured out something was off when I checked all the bad online reviews saying the same thing. This company shouldn't even be allowed to stay open! We all need to report them so they get shut down!
