My order never arrived
Man, this place is terrible! Like seriously, I placed an order and it never came. I only figured out something was off when I checked all the bad online reviews saying the same thing. This company shouldn't even be allowed to stay open! We all need to report them so they get shut down!

Microsoft software purchase
My experience buying the software was a total letdown. After I made the purchase, the confirmation emails kept disappearing from my inbox. It was really frustrating not getting any communication from the company about it. I ended up having to take pictures of the emails just to prove I bought it. Honestly, dealing with this company has been a headache and I definitely don't trust them now.

Car rental experience
My experience with this car rental company sucked. The car I rented was filthy, both inside and out. I made sure to report the messiness both before and after my trip, but they still hit me with a cleaning fee. When I got in touch with customer service, they were totally unhelpful and didn't even care about the reports I had sent. I'm never using this car rental service again.
