couch
I just got a new couch from FloorFound, and let me tell you, I was totally blown away by the whole thing. The couch showed up looking almost brand new, exactly like they said it would on their website. The quality was even better than I expected, and I'm just thrilled with my new piece of furniture. On top of that, the communication from FloorFound during the shipping was excellent. They kept me updated with emails about when it would arrive, and that was really nice. All in all, I am super happy with my purchase and will definitely be going back to FloorFound in the future.

I just bought a Prestige DTF printer from this company and the whole experience was awesome. On Thanksgiving Day, when I had a technical problem, I reached out to their Slack tech support channel for help. I couldn't believe it when I got a reply from their AI in less than 5 minutes. It saved me a ton of time trying to figure it out on my own. I was really impressed by how fast and helpful they were, especially on a holiday. Thanks a lot for the help!

My experience was mostly good, but I ran into a problem with shipping costs on my last order I placed on March 28th. I got an email from the company saying they wouldn't charge for shipping due to the tough times we're in, but when I checked out, they still charged me. It was a letdown and caught me off guard, especially because they said they wouldn't.

Curtain purchase
I just bought some curtains from this company and I gotta say, I'm really happy with them. They've got this cool style that's totally different from other curtains out there, and everyone keeps telling me how great they look. My daughter wanted new curtains for her room, so I got her a pair in Beige that have blackout features. She's in love with them, and they're even better than I expected. The quality is top-notch, they really do block out the light like they said they would. The Beige color lets a little light shine through, which is exactly what we were looking for.

Misleading return cost
The return fees for this company are outrageous. I can't believe they think it's okay to charge that much just to send something back. I bought a few things and had to return one because it didn't fit right, and the return shipping cost almost as much as the item! It feels like a total rip off, like I'm being taken advantage of.

I was really let down by the service I got from this company. I thought they would work some magic and lower my bill without messing with my services. But nope, all they did was cancel stuff to cut costs, something I could've done on my own. And then they took a huge 40% chunk of the savings for two whole years! I feel like I could've gotten the same outcome without spending my money on their help.
