Even though I saw a not-so-great review, I decided to roll the dice with this company when I needed some printer supplies. I gotta say, the ordering process was a breeze - super easy to figure out. The website was user-friendly, and I had no trouble finding what I was looking for. The customer service team was top-notch, always there to help me out and answer any questions I had. And the prices? They were really competitive, giving me good bang for my buck. My order didn't take forever to arrive either and showed up in great shape. All in all, I had a great experience with this company and wouldn't think twice about buying from them again in the future.
Prestige DTF printer purchase
I just bought a Prestige DTF printer from this company and the whole experience was awesome. On Thanksgiving Day, when I had a technical problem, I reached out to their Slack tech support channel for help. I couldn't believe it when I got a reply from their AI in less than 5 minutes. It saved me a ton of time trying to figure it out on my own. I was really impressed by how fast and helpful they were, especially on a holiday. Thanks a lot for the help!
Fancy printer paper
I recently bought some really nice printer paper from this store, and let me tell you, it's seriously top-notch! The quality of the paper is amazing, and my prints come out looking fantastic. I have never been so impressed by paper in my life.
DTF Machine Purchase
I just bought a DTF machine from this company, and to be honest, my experience hasn't been great. As soon as I got the printer, I ran into problems with the white ink that messed up how the machine worked. I tried fixing it, but all the company gave me was some Youtube videos as a solution, which didn't help at all. Finally, they said they'd send me a new print head under warranty, but then out of nowhere, they wanted an extra $1000 for a technician to come and install it. The fact that they're not giving me the support I need and won't back up their product is really disappointing.
DTG printer supplies
I gotta tell ya, my experience with this company for my DTG printer supplies was far from good. Every time I ordered pre-treatment and ink carts, they kept messing up my orders. It was like a never-ending cycle of mistakes. I'd order a whole run of ink, only to get part of it. And when I needed a specific color that was running low, well, you can guess what happened - it never arrived. This happened more than once, and let me tell you, it was beyond frustrating. One time, they even sent me the wrong ink carts and pre-treatment. What a disaster!
PRESTIGE A3+ R PRINTER
BUYER BEWARE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I have had nothing but ... from this company. The support is the worst and your downtime when things fail is weeks. They are not truthful and sell printers with known issues. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ALL AMERICAN PRINT SUPPLY. IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE SORRY.
DTF Printer
Terrible...bought a new DTF machine from them. From day 1 printer had issues with white ink. To try and fix, all they send are Youtube videos. After nothing corrected problem, they sent a new print head that covered by warranty, but refused to send a tech to install it. Wanted $1000.00 from me to have tech come out. Ridiculous, a new machine that they dont stand behind.
