long waits, vague help, promises that go nowhere. After two replacements in a year my warranty expired and they shrugged, “no more coverage.” I’ve spent hours on the phone, sent pictures, tried to return stuff, got passed between teams, and then offered more replacements that felt just as questionable. Delivery itself was hit-or-miss — late or dented a few times. Emotionally, it’s just draining; you expect a quick fix but get dragged into months of runaround. I do think some people might get lucky, but for me the whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing, mostly because their service and delivery never matched the product they advertised.
Quick lifeline for my printer
Needed someone who actually knew my Prestige A4 printer. I run a small home business and the printer started jamming right before I had to send invoices — perfect timing, sigh. This guy was calm and explained stuff without the usual tech-speak. He read every detail I sent him. Cautiously relieved after a long headache
I'm cautiously relieved that the core problem finally got fixed, but getting here cost me time and money — and a lot of patience. I needed this printer for my small print shop; we were printing client jobs daily and any downtime directly hit my revenue, so I bought the Prestige A3 Plus to keep things running. At first I was skeptical and then honestly pretty frustrated for months. The printer repeatedly failed, sometimes shipped the wrong parts, and support knew the fix but didn’t act like it wanted to help — no real empathy, just scripts. I ended up buying a replacement print head out of pocket after asking them to honor the warranty repeatedly. Weirdly, right after the warranty officially expired, they suddenly agreed it should be replaced. Go figure. Along the way I spent about $800 on parts and supplies I probably didn’t need because I was told to buy them to troubleshoot — and that’s money I can’t get back. There was also an issue with the color ink — no visible dates on the cartridges and then I was told they might be near expiration, so I was encouraged to buy more. That felt like throwing good money after bad. What turned it around was persistence: multiple calls, a few escalations, and eventually someone who took responsibility and arranged the right repair. It was too late for the lost jobs and the lost clients, but at least the machine runs now and prints reliably. So yes, still annoyed by the whole process and the wasted supplies, but I am somewhat satisfied that the printer is usable and support finally did what they should’ve done months earlier. If you rely on this for business, be prepared for a rocky start and have a backup plan.
Mid-job surprise
I was three hours into a print run when it froze — I’d bought it weeks earlier and at first it felt solid, smooth paper feed and good print texture. Support dragged out fixes for weeks though, answers were dodgy. Oddly one accessory worked well, mixed feelings.

DTF Machine Purchase
I just bought a DTF machine from this company, and to be honest, my experience hasn't been great. As soon as I got the printer, I ran into problems with the white ink that messed up how the machine worked. I tried fixing it, but all the company gave me was some Youtube videos as a solution, which didn't help at all. Finally, they said they'd send me a new print head under warranty, but then out of nowhere, they wanted an extra $1000 for a technician to come and install it. The fact that they're not giving me the support I need and won't back up their product is really disappointing.

I just bought a Prestige DTF printer from this company and the whole experience was awesome. On Thanksgiving Day, when I had a technical problem, I reached out to their Slack tech support channel for help. I couldn't believe it when I got a reply from their AI in less than 5 minutes. Even though I saw a not-so-great review, I decided to roll the dice with this company when I needed some printer supplies. I gotta say, the ordering process was a breeze - super easy to figure out. I gotta tell ya, my experience with this company for my DTG printer supplies was far from good. Every time I ordered pre-treatment and ink carts, they kept messing up my orders. It was like a never-ending cycle of mistakes. I'd order a whole run of ink, only to get part of it. And when I needed a specific color that was running low, well, you can guess what happened - it never arrived. This happened more than once, and let me tell you, it was beyond frustrating. One time, they even sent me the wrong ink carts and pre-treatment. What a disaster!

BUYER BEWARE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I have had nothing but ... from this company. The support is the worst and your downtime when things fail is weeks. They are not truthful and sell printers with known issues. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ALL AMERICAN PRINT SUPPLY. IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE SORRY.

I recently bought some really nice printer paper from this store, and let me tell you, it's seriously top-notch! The quality of the paper is amazing, and my prints come out looking fantastic. I have never been so impressed by paper in my life.
