It felt like they were ignoring me, which really bugged me. The package ended up going to a different address nearby and someone else signed for it, just making things more confusing. The lack of communication and help from the company made me not sure if they were even legit. I was skeptical, especially after hearing about other customers having similar bad experiences.

Poor quality prints
I bought some prints from this company recently and man, I was super bummed out by the quality. The prints were all pixelated, blurry, colors all faded, and there were these annoying horizontal lines going down them. Couldn't even put them in a frame because they were that bad. When I reached out to customer service, they tried to tell me that I had uploaded low-resolution prints, which wasn't true at all. They told me I could try again but I'd have to pay for shipping, which I thought was totally unfair. On top of that, they wouldn't even give me a refund even though the prints were crap. Definitely would not recommend using this company.

I gotta tell ya, my experience with this company for my DTG printer supplies was far from good. Every time I ordered pre-treatment and ink carts, they kept messing up my orders. And when I needed a specific color that was running low, well, you can guess what happened - it never arrived. This happened more than once, and let me tell you, it was beyond frustrating. One time, they even sent me the wrong ink carts and pre-treatment. What a disaster!
