Faulty shoe warranty process
My experience with those Sperry shoes was such a pain! I bought them and not even a month later, the stitching started falling apart. So I took them back to the store, receipt in hand, expecting a quick fix. But nope, they told me I had to deal with the company for a warranty claim. That meant taking pics, waiting for weeks for new ones to come in. Such a hassle and really bummed me out about the whole thing.

Even though I saw a not-so-great review, I decided to roll the dice with this company when I needed some printer supplies. I gotta say, the ordering process was a breeze - super easy to figure out. And the prices? They were really competitive, giving me good bang for my buck. My order didn't take forever to arrive either and showed up in great shape. Customized Jersey
I ordered my husband an LA Galaxy custom Herbalife jersey for his birthday at the beginning of March with a shipping date of about 10 days. For 2 months I received emails saying "sorry delay in shipping" and provided new estimated dates that came and went. I even chatted with a live agent a few weeks ago who assured me it was coming. Fast forward to today and I received an email that says my order cannot be fulfilled. Really, two months later! What poor customer service to string someone along for months when in reality they never even had the product. They say they will refund and are giving me a 25% coupon...which is useless as I will never order anything from here again. Advice to the store stop selling products you don't have! The craziest part is if I go on their website at this moment it shows I can still order the exact same thing. Buyer Beware, I know for a fact they do not have product ID: 4696938 the white jersey, but selling it with a shipping within 8 days!

I’ll say this as politely as I can. I bought these sheets in June 2022. I’ve washed them many times and they still have a rough feel to them. I can’t even use the pillow case because they irritate my skin. The flat sheet is very short. I can’t even use it as it doesn’t stay wrapped under mattress. With just a couple inches wrapped under mattress, the top doesn’t even come 3/4 up the bed. I know I should have returned them, but I was hopeful. I’m sorry, but these aren’t worth any price. I’ll be donating to my local animal shelter. They said the can use them.

Contacts
This has been the worst experience I've had with ordering contacts. I decided to give them a try because they seemed to be the cheapest at the time; this ended up being such a headache. The main reason I chose this site to order from was because they were within my insurance network. They were supposed to apply the insurance at checkout and they failed to notify me that I was ordering the contacts 10 days too early, meaning my insurance would not pay for it (ridiculous insurance rules, I know). However, they should have notified me of this issue before they processed the order since my insurance was obviously given.
I returned the contacts to get a refund due to this issue and it has been much more of a headache than it should have been and has taken them over there "max 15 business days" to process the refund (since they arrived at their warehouse). I would NOT recommend ordering from this amateur site. I would go with 1-800 contacts or contacts direct; MUCH easier process. Even being out of network, it cost me basically the same $$ to get the same contacts with less hassle.Review about: TRANYA

Sport Shoes
This company is a fake. I ordered 2pair of solid color sports shoes size 6(36) for $17.99 each. I paid $64.97 for the hole order. When I received the shoes I noticed there was nothing on the bag or the shoes to verify the size. I tried them on and they were too tight and too small. I took a pai to a store and found that they were a size 5. When I notified the company about this issue all they gave me was the run around. then Carly and Emma got the nerve to try and offer me 10% refund of the product pride $3.60 or high as $5. What type of ... is that? This company is fake, bogus and so is there customer service. I will never and I do mean NEVER order anything else from them ever again.

Skin -Tretinoin
I just wanted some tretinoin and $90 every 3 months is better the cost of a dermatologist visit and a script not covered under insurance. I was a little surprised that the “$30 per month” was reall “$90 every 3 months” but again, I still saved a lot of money. Other sites seem cheaper but they either have a lower concentration then I need (which can be cheaper sometimes) or they sell you the gel and I like the cream. They also either sell you their brand of tretinoin -which isn’t the same and diluted or sign you up for subscription out of nowhere. It was easy to navigate. Could there be a cheaper place to get this? Probably. When I find it I’ll switch but I’m in no rush because again: I’m still saving a ton of money. Shipping was also quicker than I was told!

Clothing is cute but customer service is horrible. Love what they sell but will never buy from this company again based on how they treat people. I requested an exchange for the bra because it was slightly too big. First they couldn't find the order then they ridiculed me saying if I had a larger chest it would be fine.

POWER MESH HIGH WAIST THONG
I am 5’2” and this high waist is to long for me, the sculpting brief is also to long. Also the mesh thong is way to big in the crotch area, which is very uncomfortable because it doesn’t stay in place. I am not so happy with the power mesh purchase.

I placed an order with this company April 26th. It is now June 16th, almost two months later and I have not received anything. The tracking takes several days to update. One day it updated last week and said it made it to Tulsa where I live and the next day it said it was in Texas. If it was here why would it go back to another state outside of where it should be delivered. I have been asking for a refund since the beginning of May. These guys pretty much brush me off on each email telling me to wait. I’m almost sure that I won’t receive this item based on the large number of reviews I just read saying the same thing. I have decided to go ahead and file a claim tomorrow morning and report them to the BBB
