Picture quality purchase
The picture quality of the item I bought was even better than I thought it would be. I wasn't sure if it would look as good as it did in the ad, but I was really happy with it. The colors were so bright, the details were really clear, it was just amazing. My parents thought it was great too, they really liked it. I'm really happy with my purchase and I'm thinking about getting another one for my place. I'll definitely keep this brand in mind for future gifts.

Order cancellations, misleading availability
This place is a disaster. I have no idea what kind of operation they are running, but it's amateur hour for sure. I've tried placing orders several times, only to have them canceled even when the items are supposedly in stock. It feels like they are messing with us on purpose. And let me tell you, the lack of communication and customer service is just non-existent. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else to avoid the headache.

Returned product
I ordered something online and when it arrived, I didn't like it at all. I returned it immediately, but you know what? I haven't gotten my refund yet! I've been waiting for months and I keep bothering the company, but they won't give me my money back. And now they're saying they can't refund me because I closed the account I used to pay. Really? Why can't they just refund me already? Ugh.
