L’Oréal shampoo purchase
Hey, so I ordered this awesome shampoo from a website and I was really excited about it, you know? But then I never got an email to confirm my purchase, like what's the deal with that? So I had to go on their site and look up my order number myself, it was 1020378752, does their email system not work or what? And when I tried emailing them to ask about it, no one ever got back to me, seriously, I just want to know if my stuff is coming or not, you know? Can you please help me out here?
