Battery replacement service
I just had to get a new battery at the store because my old one was acting up, and let me tell you, the manager there really saved the day. Elijah Bailey is the man in charge, and he really came through for me. He not only hooked me up with a free replacement battery covered by the warranty, but he also took the time to swing by my place and install it himself. That kind of customer service is hard to come by these days. I can't recommend this store enough for anyone looking for top-notch service when they need it.

Winter parka purchase
My folks got me this great parka when I first moved up to New York from down South. I've had it for 3 years now and it's been awesome. It's perfect for keeping me cozy in the blustery winter weather, and I really appreciate all the roomy pockets it has for carrying all my things around.

I bought a stabilizer mount from this store, but all I got was a few bolts and washers. I tried to contact them to fix the issue, but I haven't heard back from them yet. It seems like they might not care too much about keeping customers happy.

I just wanted to share how awesome my experience was buying a Spiderman costume for my son. Reorder experience
I used to shop here back in 2013 and decided to give it another shot. It was just as good as I remembered. The website was easy to use, and checking out was a breeze. I liked the new look of the site and all the different things they have available. Even though they upped the minimum for free shipping, it's still a better deal than what other places charge for shipping. It was a nice surprise to get a refund when my order was shipped. The customer service team got back to me quickly, within a day, which was really impressive. Overall, I'm happy with what I bought and will definitely be coming back to shop here again.
