    I recently bought some beauty products from Zest Beauty and, to be honest, it was kind of a letdown. I placed my order back on August 5th, but the shipping process was taking forever. I was pretty bummed about the lack of communication and how long it took to get everything sorted out. While I'm glad they refunded me, I don't think I'll be shopping with them again in the future.

    Even though I went through the same problems as other people, I was finally able to get my refund after waiting for 14 days. It was really frustrating to find out that the company is actually dissolved according to Companies House, so I decided to report them to Trading Standards. I communicated with them through email, and as expected, they denied being dissolved. But after I kept demanding my refund and warned them about reporting them and taking legal action, I finally got my money back. My advice to others going through similar situations is to keep pushing for a refund or take action through their bank to make sure they are protected from any fraud.
