I gotta tell ya, my experience with that online beauty store's service was a huge letdown. I ordered some skincare stuff, but guess what? The package never showed up. It was a pain dealing with the bank to get my money back for the stuff that never came. I'd definitely advise steering clear of that retailer because of their lousy service and all-around untrustworthiness.
