Shoes return
I just gave back a pair of shoes to this store, and man, I gotta say, I'm super bummed out about how they handled it. I sent a bunch of emails asking what was up with my return, but never got a response. It's even worse that their "live chat" thing doesn't even work, and there's no phone number to call for help. Like, come on, I just wanted some basic communication, and they couldn't even do that right. This whole thing has really turned me off, and I won't be coming back to shop here.

I was super pumped about the gear I ordered from MotoSport, but when it came, none of the sizes fit right. And then I tried to return or exchange them, but they shut me down! Definitely not cool.

I just bought a book online and I was really happy with how it turned out. It arrived at my door in just a week, way faster than I thought it would. The quality was even better than I hoped for, bringing back memories of some great trips. The website was easy to use, which was a relief because I'm not great with technology.
